First off, I'd like to join Elysium in welcoming you to the site! There are a few things you should know about the page and what's coming from a technical point of view. *Ahem*
1) For now, you must register on both the main page and the forums separately if you wish to comment in both. This will change soon when we integrate the two into the ultimate comments/forum system but for now I ask that you bear with us.
2) If you're having any problems registering on either the main page or the forums let me know and I'll take good care of you. Just like your mom would, only with more love.
3) Once you have registered on the main page be sure to hit the "My Account" link on the left there and mess with your options. I recommend increasing the amount of news shown on the main page and changing your comments option to display as "flat" instead of "threaded".
4) Abuse Elysium as often as possible, he likes the attention and it makes me feel all warm and tingly inside.

Well that explains the trouble I was having, I never registered seperately on the forums.
While I don't support his 'Elysium abusing' policy ... I do support his 'Give Elysium Attention' policy. It's a tough call.
