NFL 2011 Week 3

And Detroit took the lead on Minn.

And the 49ers got another INT, game over!

And the Pats are facing 4th down and goal to tie!

Love RedZone!

What is that annoying buzzing sound in Minnesota?

McNabb's alarm clock telling him to wake up?

This has been an insanely entertaining day for football so far. Minnesota-Detroit on the big TV, NE-Buffalo on the small one. Just amazingly fun.

I would like to once again give kudos to Orton for again inspiring the Broncos to pull defeat from the clutches of victory. I'm sure this is invaluable experience that will one day lead to him becoming a successful NFL QB.

Holy sh*t the Lions are 3-0. Awesome.

And the Bills won. Awesome.

The Lions and Bills are 3-0. In other news, cats have signed a non-aggression treaty with dogs, promising to work together to stop the spread of fleas.

Is RedZone free again this weekend or something? I didn't order it this year but I've had it two weeks running..

..not like I'm going to call Cox and tell them to stop giving me free sh*t.. just need to remember to check my bill.

Eagles made me want to punch kittens.. or make Andy Reid go on a strict no-cheeseburger diet.

And WTG! Bills.. good for them and their fans.. I know that was a LONG time coming and to do it by picking of Mr. Perfect was just awesome.

Vick's non-throwing hand is broken. Questionable if he can go for next week.

Wow what a weekend! Loved the LSU win but that's another thread. My Saints were really playing lousy in the first half and the Texans were playing awesome. If they had gotten 4 touchdowns instead of four field goals, this game would have been over at halftime.

But the Saints rallied back and we won 40-33. Plenty of offense in this one!

Same here, with Comcast.

I thought I read something that said if you get NFL Network you get Red Zone. Of course being on Time Warner, I have neither...

There's a tornado warning in the viewing area, so the local weather team has taken over the station, and I'm gonna miss probably a half hour (or more) of the Packers-Bears game. f*ck.

Am I reading that correctly? Three td passes to from Flacco to Torrey Smith? Whoa.

I'm watching the Bucs game. Did the NFL get rid of the rule against two off players touching a forward pass? Because the Bucs just did it.

I hope Vick does come back next week.

And gets hurt again.

So he can complain about the refs again.

Ad nauseum.

FTFY Man I wish I could get game rewind out here, all NFL wants to offer me is game pass for $200

Billick is mighty confused (or I am) he is claiming that its legal to do a helmet to helmet hit if the player is not defenseless. Watching the TB/Atlanta game and there was a clear helmet to helmet by the Falcons on Josh Freeman.

That was a ridiculous hit with no penalty on Freeman. Atlanta guy planted two feet and torpedo-ed himself at Freeman. If that's not "launching" or "leading with the helmet" I don't know what is.

Clearly Atlanta didnt get the "memo"

Wow. Ballsy 4th down drawing offside call by the Bucs.

Game.

That was an incredible fakeout by the Bears, only to be negated by a holding call. What a huge mistake.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Suck it, Falcons!

Also, my Freeman-crush was shaken today. Freeman had a LOUSY game. 2nd week in a row with an end zone interception, threw high a number of times. I figured the short offseason would mean the offense would be shaky at the start of the year, but I'd like that to stop now.

There's no such rule, nor has there even been. There are rules against double forward passes or ineligible receivers touching the ball first, but the ball can carom off one offensive player and to another and it's a perfectly valid (if incredibly lucky) play.

Also, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

The Pats will lose in the first round of the playoffs ... if they make it at all. What a pathetic excuse for a defense.

OK I'm done.

The penalty was called on #29. Fun fact: there is no #29 on the Bears. It was an incredible, amazing play though. I wish it could have worked. So awesome.

The Vikings have been outscored by 61 points in the second half this year. The players should probably just start ignoring any adjustments the coaches make at halftime.

It wouldnt be an issue if the NFL didnt create this mess in the first place.. some NFL QB's (we all know WHO they are) are under protection and get flags if you even so much as look at them wrong.. then theres the rest of the guys who pretty much for the most part get treated like the old days unless its blatant
