Noticed that some intrepid souls (Sway, Paladin, Farscry) posted WCIII on the game calander.
When and where fellas?
And is it RoC or TFT?
Man, EVERY time I see WCIII in a forum or elsewhere, I instantly think of Wing Commander 3. It''s only after I click on the link that I realize people are probably talking about Warcraft 3.
I don''t know but I''m game for either.

Same thing happens to me, although for some reason the roman three in this instance made me think of warcraft.
Wing Commander 3...man, that game rocked!
If there''s a WC3 night, I''m in.
I might be too, depending the time. Even though I haven''t played in ages and will be horribly n00bish and all that.
Same, here. I don''t have Frozen Throne and most likely won''t ever get it. I haven''t played for a LONG while either.
I''m up for it sometime. Best nights for me are Monday and Tuesday nights, though with my upcoming schedule change, I''ll be more available on more nights.
I have Frozen Throne, but have never actually played it. I bought it so I could play a long-distance friend of mine, but then our schedules changed and it never happened.
I''d love to have a GWJ Warcraft III (with or without TFT) game night sometime. I bet most of you would horribly own me, since I''m not really a hardcore RTS guy even though I love them.
So mondays it is then? Sweet, I am stoked, since I love war3 and haven''t played in sooo long. My vote is for TFT since everyone seems to have it installed already.
is it possible to create a private channel in Battlenet for us, then we can do matchups from there?
Monday, eh? What time frame are we looking at here?

Still need a where?
GG? Marlin? You want to host some Warcraft III action?
Anyone?
I have a copy of WC3 and TFT
Is there some sort of dedicated server portion? I dont seem to recall that there was
there is no dedicated server. We can play on Bnet and create a channel called GWJ to meet in. Once we have a fair number of people, someone will create a game with a specified name and password and then the rest of us can join.
I think you guys are just having World of Warcraft beta withdrawls.
I''m in with it. Monday the 5th, right? I''m good for anytime 7pm cst or later, unless something unexpected comes up.
Ah yes. There''s the rub. 7 pm equals 3 am for me. And I have my first lecture at 8 am, which is actually worth attending to. So I think I''ll have to bow out of this one.
aw, man, that sucks. Let us know what time would work for you and we''ll see what we can do sometime.
Monday I can do, depends on the time for me. What time is 7pm where ever you are in Pacific TIme? As long as it''s Warcraft 3 and not TFT.
Pacific equivalent of 7 central is 5pm. If we''ve got Pacific folks, I could start later to make it more manageable.
5pm is probably best for me, I''ll be a little late and could be on for about an hour but that''s the best time. Thanks for the consideration.
OK then how''s this:
-Monday night 7 Central
-Playing Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos.
-Realm = Azeroth? (doesn''t matter to me)
-Meet in channel GWJ
-Format will be dependant on how many players are there. I am thinking team games if we have even numbers, free for all if we have odd numbers.
Also, we should add each other to our Bnet friends lists to make communication easier. My Bnet account is CodexMatt.

The time''s actually not that big of a problem. I *am* at university, after all. It''s just that tuesday''s not a very good day for skipping out on lectures at the moment. Plus, there''s a couple of exams coming up, and messing with my sleep rythm playing games all night might not be the very best way to prepare...
