I'm guessing Russian mafia.

My guess is the Mayans.

Think:

Spoiler:

The Irish, or Zoebelle's people, or goons hired by the Sheriff's scumbag brother.

Hope:

Spoiler:

Mitch Pileggi and his people.

Spoiler:

Wasn't Darby killed by Rollin's character at the burning of the porn studio? Unless I'm hallucinating (which very well may be the case), I thought that had happened.

Spoiler:

Rollins and the boys locked him in the warehouse they burned, but no mention was ever made of a body being found. I dimly recall reading in (possibly imaginary) interviews that it would be addressed.

Looked like a Mayan to me, when Jax was crushing his skull, but I haven't seen last night's episode yet.

So just watched episode 3 and 4 and i am not sure I'm understanding one particular thing.

Spoiler:

What's the irish priest's motive in informing Gemma that Abel is in Ireland? Was it to get the NorCal SoA pissed at Jimmy? Wouldn't it blow back in the entire Real IRAs face as well?

He feels that...

Spoiler:

Jimmy has stopped caring about The Troubles, and cares more about money and being a crook. He hopes to lure the Sons to Belfast so they can kill Jimmy, without making it look like an internal beef.

Spoiler:

The problem i see is that doing that would put the samcro at odds with the entire Real IRA movement and not just Jimmy's little subsection. Jax won't be content until he's found his son or found those responsible for keeping them apart.

I'd suspect...

Spoiler:

The priest thinks he can prevent it from being a full-blown war by playing it off as Jimmy reaping what he's sown--just deserts for focusing on crime before the cause. Knowing this show, though, it won't be that easy.

Spoiler:

Ok.. this is a page full of spoiler links that I'm having trouble not checking. Need to get caught up ASAP

Hope you're caught up, Gio, because:

Spoiler:

SKINNER LIVES! WOOOHOOO!!

Can't see it, but I'm doing a little dance. I am also going to consider the use of the phrase "Doctor Girlfriend" deliberate. Also, Jax, bit of a moron.

When it comes to her... yup.

Do understand where he's coming from but he's not thinking things through.

I've finally caught up. I really love watching shows like these from season one to three at my leisure, but now I am forced to wait!

I also love how half the cast is composed of actors from Deadwood. It makes my heart flutter

Spoiler:

This is blackmail.

Yeah, I got an app for that, Homes!

Also:

Spoiler:

Ok.. were we supposed to recognize the hospital admin's back piece? Or is it just to show that she was once where Tara is now? I was wondering after a while why she was being so over the top flexible. Guess now we know.

To spoiler 1, it's funny because it's true!

To spoiler 2, I don't think we're supposed to recognize what it specifically is, I think we're just supposed to recognize it's there.

Digging the new opening music while they're over there!

So I've finally caught up with my SoA watching. My biggest dislike:

Spoiler:

How comfortable Jax et al are with Father Ashby's plan of using his son as, for lack of a better word, a hostage. I get why he was doing it, but it seems like they would be acting with a bit more hostility towards someone who knew the location of his son and would rather Jax do him a favor first.

Spoiler:
At the same time you dont want to piss off the guy holding him hostage. Of course he gets what he wanted from him this last episode.

f*cking hell they cant get a break!

Catch up. This season had some ups and downs, but the finale was pretty amazing, and set up some interesting statii quo for next season.

haha, yeah. I think I'm just a single episode behind.

Spoiler:

just finished the one where the Jax killed Salazar and Stahl killed her partner/lover.

Awe....some. caught up and loved the ending.

Yeah, I loved the ending too. For a while I had considered the show sort of a light weight in the HBO-esque dramas, but I am really quite happy with the ending. It was beautifully paced.

It was odd watching the episode, I was surprised how anxious i was having watched the previews from the week prior. When the ending kicked in I let out an audible sigh, that was apparently hilarious to my wife.
