The takeaway here is $500... GOO! I just checked. Someone passed out in the bathroom and donated $100.

We're up to $613 and I <3 you, anonymous donor =)

Were they still in there?

Also: any word about fallout/blowback from the office? Did we cover our tracks well enough?

I haven't heard anything and I'm afraid to ask, frankly, as I learned Sunday that someone puked on the porch outside and we all forgot about it.

The 2 Andrews and I ended up staying until 2 making sure things were in order. I think the office, as a whole, was cleaner than when we got there because of all the work Cyrax and Crispy put into cleaning that back room.

Funny story: After you guys left and it was myself and both Andrews, the Andrew who worked there found a rather sizable chunk missing out of the drywall by the server room. Since they had just painted, there was still some cans of it lying around so I cracked one open, stirred it with one of Jones' drumsticks and then dipped a paper towel in it and painted the wall. Looked pretty good =)

Any hobo could have puked there. You can't prove anything.

yeah!!

>_>

<_<

-_-;;

I never got to leave my donation. I thought about it as we were leaving. However, someone who shall my remain nameless (even though the pictures are evidance enough) was passed out and unable to recieve my donation. I will have to do it some other way. At least my poster arrived

Yes, yes, mistakes were made (and drank).

(and drank. and drank).

Anyway, we made $600 for CP as of right now and we'll do paypal donations in the near future =)

Yeah what happened to the female types who said they were coming? I'm looking at you Red Jen and Silly Rabbit.

Oh, I'm definitely sorry to have missed it, sounds like you guys had a blast. I would have loved that Rock band set up. I tend to be a loud singer anyway, I probably could have gotten the cops called a 3rd time! I'm looking forward to next year, especially if there's a repeat of this setup

Redjen and I played WoW together for a long time, it would have been great to meet up with her too.

But, alas, it was not to be this time around.

Great pics so far, keep posting if you have more. I've been checking daily to see if any more pop up. I love a good sausage fest.

Hope to be able to play and drink and goof off with you guys next year - and maybe even sooner if anyone puts together a mini-S&T in the area. I haven't played any of the board games you guys mentioned, but I can pick up on stuff pretty quickly and would love to learn a few of them.

Great job with the fundraising too! Doing good is good.

Shame i could get in on the carpool and missed out because my roommate decided to take his car to columbus. Sounds like it was a great time.

Sorry, Wilbury. Next time, we'll spend the night at your place.

Wait, you guys had people puking in the parking lot and the cops got called twice?

Jeesh. And I thought the BSG game at 2AM was crazy!

We took it to the next level. Midwest.

After long and thoughtful consideration, I am happy to welcome Ohio as a member of the Midwest. I know your roads aren't always straight and your terrain won't always lie down and stay still, but we're glad to have you, all the same.

Let me revise:

Great Lakes.

That's cool with me, too, except I'd like to exclude New York.

Done and done!

Did anyone come across a bright orange metal utility knife that says Wayland Hardware on one side? I think I left it there. If you have it, let me know and I'll PP you a buck or two to send it back to me. Thanks.

Yay we didn't get cut out! Though I had forgot how I set the mood prior to Pyroman connecting in. Three cheers for entertaining friends.

Ok, to those still wanting to make Child's play donations, please send those via paypal to elysium AT gamerswithjobs dawt calm. I'm in the process of transfering the money we made over to there so our donation can come from the entire community and not just our poster sale or S&Ts.

Is my hair really that thin?

Awesome times, awesome people, and Crispy is a fraking Cylon!

Next!

Hey, guys. Since most of the local people are all on one thread, I thought I would pass this along:

I'm having a board game night at my house on the 27th. DrDoak will be in town and we're looking for a few good people to get some games going. There will be a wide selection.

Unfortunately, space is limited so please RSVP in the thread or shoot me a PM.

Hope to see some of you there =)

Ooh, that is tempting. I haven't played anything tabletop since that 1AM Weinhandler game at the S&T and after dealing with visiting in-laws for 5 days I'm going to need some relaxation. I'll try and see if the Mrs. is cool with it tonight.

Would love to go but that's a Monday and stuff!

I'm not sure my home owner's insurance covers having the DGR guys over anyway =)

But it's the Monday after Christmas, most everyone I know has the day off.

Ah. We get the Friday before since it's on a Saturday.

I'll be there with...well...bells are a possibility.

Me too! No bells.

I'll have family in from out of town pretty much that entire week. Won't be able to make it. Have fun without me, and don't start any BSG games at 2 AM.

I will put myself down as tentative, not sure what my holiday work schedule is.

Damn.

Or holiday family schedule for that matter. Most likely depend on weather, though.

I wish I could.

I miss my truck. But it's time to move on.

Spaceship>Truck. Its a fact.

Wish I could. I'm not getting back to Pittsburgh until the 30th. Which brings me no another subject: are there any New Years plans being thrown around?
