Momgamer, I can bring my decent webcam with me.
That would be cool, but I really should buy one, also, and I have to go to Staples tomorrow for work anyways. What brand/model is your decent one.
Do we have an official twitter hashtag?
I propose #gwjst
Can't wait to beat you all to the S&T!
I think trending #GWJ is best.
Do we want to set up a central place to host pictures from all the venues or should we all just fend for ourselves?

Wah, you guys are doing tournaments! A schedule of events and everything!
Oily and company are definitely not f***ing around with this one. Their dedication to fun and gaming is absolute. Fun shall be had by all, thanks to all their hard work.
Mine is a crap brand. May I recommend Microsoft's Lifecam VX3000 (or above) i had one at one point before my (former) roomies stole it for, well, what else would 19 year olds want a webcam and the Internet for. -__-;;;
I have been too busy to plan anything... No nearby events... So lonely
So... nothing in Winnipeg .
/sourgrapes
Oh well, I might have had a hard time making time for it anyway.

Sorry dude, but my day just got too damn busy. It's Gamma World game day, my brother in law's birthday, AND a wedding social tomorrow
Do we have any contact/connection information for the Podcast/Skype stuff? I could use some guidance on how and what to set up if anyone can offer that.
My hope is tomorrow they'll put something on the front page.
If anyone want to find the Ottawa goodjers on skype, I'll try to leave a computer set up under dannyboy_bear.
I know it's last minute, but for the videoconference we might try VSee. It's free for personal use and you can get more than 4 people conferenced in at a time.
This might be a long shot, but... anyone in South Africa? :p
Is there any meet-up here in the Twin Cities?
Wish I could join in somewhere but travelling home after vacation. Plus, I'm in the middle of nowhere. I'll have to settle for the live broadcast tonight. I did get to see Druidpeak a few weeks ago which is always fun.

MrDeVil909 + some others whose names escape me.
Ah dude! Too late she cried.
Paging OilyPenguin to the Starcraft spectators booth....paging Oilypenguin...
Our Melbourne mini-S&T last night was a great success! APErebus headed over to our place for barbecued meats and beer and a whole tonne of Rock Band, but not before getting an education on the joy of rolling a Katamari from katisu. It's just a shame that we're so far in the future compared to everyone else -- our even was over before any of the others had even began!

'Tis true - our London S&T was pretty early relative to others too. Still deciding whether or not to stay up silly late and listen to the live conference call...

Well, you'd actually be watching it, not just listening.
Seattle is starting to form up at my house with Kirby's Epic Yarn. We move over to the party room here in a little bit and will bust out the Rock Band and whatever else anyone wants.
Argh, if I had seen this sooner and not currently be banned from driving until Monday due to recent surgery I could of made the Northern VA one without a problem! Son of a Female Doggo! Unhappy Vrikk!
For those who would like to see some of the awesomeness that was the DC/NoVA S&T, check out the photographic evidence here: http://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/5...
We were bummed out that we couldn't get onto the Conference Call (although, when we called into the voicemail number after the show, Rabbit answered; wish we'd known that would work in advance), but otherwise, everyone seemed to have a rip-roaring time. And I suspect we're the only S&T to which Stan showed up, which I'm pretty sure means ours was the best.
I fully expect International Goodjer Day to be an annual tradition that all of us inaugurated this year. Who's with me?
Ottawa S&T is still going on (though minus one Chumpy); much gamery, foodery, and more gamery was had by all. The important thing - and I think everyone realizes this - is that, although we failed miserably playing Castle Ravenloft, I killed the most bad guys.
