Oh man that's looking fiiiiiinnnneeeee.

Yeeeesssss!

that looks flippin' excellent...

...i REALLY need to go back and try to finish the first one.

This is probably my most anticipated game. This trailer rocked. I have a feeling we won't be seeing this till late 2011.

I just watched the Polish TV series of Witcher and got a really strong urge to play Witcher 2 :0

I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more Witching.

I'm definitely ready for more witchery. Loved the first one and played it a couple of times.

But I'm a little worried about their branching out into the consoles with the Witcher franchise. I'd hate to see an over-simplified, or clumsier (gameplay-wise), sequel that tries to appeal over several different types of platforms.
Anyone heard anything about their plans so far?

I'm not really worried. The Witcher on pc didn't seem more complex than Oblivion or Mass Effect on Xbox360, so I see no reason to 'dumb it down'.

Can't wait to get home and watch the trailer...

Yum

I love how the video for "DYNAMIC STATE-OF-ART VISUALS" shows the clothes melting off a curvaceous woman. Hey, are these the new DX11 Specular Disrobing Shaders?

Anybody heard if they are still using the Aurora engine for this one? Must be getting a little long in the tooth by now...

From the leaked video I seem to recall that they've rolled their own for W2.

I'm getting the urge now to reinstall W1 and give it a playthrough.

Hell yes. The Witcher is one of my favorite RPG's of all time. This is a day-one purchase for me!

This is The Witcher, after all. It's not 'Celibate Man and the House of a Thousand Fully-Dressed Women Who Aren't Interested'.

Your game idea does not intrigue me and I do not want to subscribe to your newsletter.

I hope they include the option for Polish dialogue with English subtitles. It made the previous game a really interesting, foreign-film experience.

Do want! (The Witcher II, that is. Not Chaosmos' game. That just sounds dull.)

The Witcher is the first RPG I've finished in a long time. Definitely would consider a Day 1 purchase for the sequel with a side of 'Better Not Suck'.

This might encourage me to finally finish The Witcher. Hopefully those are placeholder voice actors, but knowing their previous work I doubt it.

...guh.....buh.....SQUEEEEEE!!!

When may I preorder, sir?

Seriously, where can I learn the "disintegrate hot women's clothing" spell?

Wait, I think I've heard of this game you're talking about:

It looks good. I can't wait either. Geralt seems to be redesigned, he sure looks a bit different.

The Witcher actually seems perfect for consoles to me. It's a very streamlined system.

Can't wait.

I think they just updated his look to be on par with the graphics. Still has the pointy nose, strong jaw line, creepy eyes, and long white hair.

I desperately need to get my new computer, finish The Witcher, and then play the hell out of Witcher 2. One of the most interesting games I've played in a long time.

HOT! I so want this game! I hope they don't mess it up by trying to port it to the consoles.

They were going to port The Witcher to console and couldn't get enough funding to do it. The Witcher on console is not a new idea. I trust that they'll stick with what made them popular.

1.5 million on a PC without paying any licensing fees is a huge amount of extra revenue. Plus, they already have enough good will with PC gamers because of GOG.com and the first game. I'll pre-order this the day it shows up on Steam. Self-publish!!!

This was a planned pre-order/day one purchase for me even before seeing a trailer. The shiny trailer just makes it even more exciting.

The first game was an incredible experience, and the amount of post-launch support they gave it was well above and beyond the call of duty. Can't wait to give CD Projekt my money!

Wooooooooo!

Now there's a compelling reason to spend some points in magic.

Screencap caught by someone on the shack from the new trailer with a hidden message:

Sweet, I couldn't pause on it with GT's player.
