Boot out the incumbants!

A Republican won the Kentucky Governor race. Bleckkk!!!

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...

I'm holding my breath about the Mississippi race.

I just want you guys to know that these Republicans taking over Democrat strongholds does not mean Bush will win in 2004! People are just saying "no" to incumbants and are booting the suckers out!

So don't be discouraged! We are riding strong and will not give up the fight! Look out Republicans, you may have won this battle, and the last battle (California governor race), and the battle before that (2002 Congressional election) and the battle before that (Presidential Race), but you won't win the war (Presidential election in 2004)!

Look out Bush, the Howard Dean Express is coming through!

I wouldn''t worry too much about Arnold winning the CA Governor''s race. He''s really not that much of a republican, and everyone hated Gray Davis so much anyone could have beaten him. It was the sort of race where you think to yourself, ""Hmm, maybe I should have run!"" Every time Davis opened his mouth or ran another smear ad he hammered another nail in his coffin.
My wife is pretty despondent about having Arnold''s name on her college diploma though

Hopefully she''s majoring in women''s studies. You could make a mint on eBay with that someday...

Right along side that Nobel Peace Prize for Bush?

What about O.J.''s Heisman?

I''m holding my breath about the Mississippi race.

Republican Haley Barbor won the Governor''s race in Mississippi.

Wait, Republicans won in the south east. It''s the apocalypse!

Next thing you know, a Democrat will win the San Francisco''s mayor race!

I hope not, then the city would become a dirty, bum-infested laughingstock - oh, wait...

Obviously Ral has never been to San Fran.

Its a very nice city to visit. A little chilly at night but very pretty.

Pac Bell park is arguably the most attractive baseball stadium in the country.

Fishermans Wharf Ghiradelli Square and Pier 39 are great

Ral? In San Francisco? He''d rather go to Tehran than go to the Left Coast.

I''ve been there many times. Great place. Also, a dirty, bum-infested laughingstock...

Yeah, that was my impression of Tehran, too.

Well, I was talking about San Francisco, but at least you must have felt right at home in Tehran if it is so similar... In fact, the similarities are numerous:
* The men in both places are required by law to wear dresses.
* Both have huge anti-American movements.
* There are schools of indoctrination in each place that keep students from being able to think for themselves.

Spooky!

Tehran has a Castro District?

* Both have huge anti-American movements.

No, Tehran has an anti-American movement. San Francisco has an anti-Republican movement.

* There are schools of indoctrination in each place that keep students from being able to think for themselves.

Stanford? Well, it must''ve worked on Condi Rice.

I''m in a small town nestled between corn fields, and it''s 30 degrees outside right now. I hate you.

But in a fun way,

Stanford? Well, it must''ve worked on Condi Rice.

I think he was talking about the Art Academy.... =)

San Fran is dirty? Compared to what? The suburbs?

If you really want to see bum infested city go to Santa Monica and Santa Barbara. For some reason it doesnt really bother me.

I don''t know about laughingstock, but the only dirt, bum-infested city I''ve been in...that really surprised me was Boston. Or at least parts thereof.

I like San Francisco quite a bit. Not so much for the gay population that scares Republicans...
And the few street people I interacted with seemed alright to me. As far as dress wearing goes, a friend of mine who lives in SF says the older gay population there just kind of sighs and shakes their head, remembering when they went through that stage. Sort of funny.

And anti-American? The only real anti-Americanism I can think of is wanting to kill Americans. Being contentious and saying, ""screw the establishment"" is about as American as you can get. Heck, if we hadn''t had 9/11 we''d still be busy bickering about dumbsh*t.

Oh wait.
