Recommend me a gaming chair

Post 31. That means page 2. And I just wanted to remind everyone that his space is somewhat limited. In case they forgot from page 1.

Also, Vin, as a longime friend I would be remiss in my repsonsibilities if I did not ask you to entertain Johhnpolite's suggestion seriously.

I am absolutely speechless as to what this thread has become! It's absolutely hilarious so thank you all

As for a chair, I was looking at something that has speakers in the headrest for that added surround sound ability. Some interesting suggestions you guys have come up with. I almost decided not to post and see what this thread would become. You guys have taken it to a level I could have only dreamed of!

I suggest this chair (ignore the extra crap on the left and the circle, too lazy to grab the pic and crop it)

...unless you have limited space of course.

How about this?

Can it be a futon?

That's to bulky, he does have limited space you know. Oh, and it's ugly too.

This is all well and good but has to be a chair.

Now if only I could remember why...

Avoid the chair altogether - go standing! I vastly prefer standing desk setups; though I admit to owning a drafters chair for the (now extinct) long-term sessions.

While I do prefer drafting while standing, I have concerns about computing standing. Maybe I'll try that out with my drafting table when I get moved...

Not really sure why it has to be a chair, if space is limited.

Are you denying the sanctity of the chair?

Too bad space is limited. And that it has to be a chair.

I use a double recliner loveseat. I sit on the right side recliner, and use the armrest for the mouse, she sits in the left side recliner and uses a trackball. Very comfortable. When we watch movies on the PC, she can sprawl comfortably across me while her cats sprawl across her.

But its not a chair, and needs more than limited space.

Re: that ungodly chair posted above, my first thought was: 'Yes, but is it street legal?'.

This place is full of chair unbelievers. Filthy, filthy chair hating mongrels. I'll pray for your souls when the Great-Chair-In-The-Sky comes to whisk believers away in a properly seated fashion!

Is this equivalent to The Great Pumpkin? Do you spend President's Day Eve camped out in the most sincere IKEA store?

Every time someone types chair in this thread no I hear "My Kingdom for a Chair" in my head.

I just use a comfy office chair. Which, of course, lacks built-in speakers.

... (that's for all you JRPG lovers)

Maybe.

Did I detect an anti-chair tone in your post? Hmmm?

DeThroned, ignore these peasants. What kind of chair you sit in says a lot about what kind of man you are. How can you expect to attract the ladies and attain gainful employment sitting in a fold out chair? For a man like you, a man of power, a man of now, there is only one choice. Behold!

Yeah, but the real question is, does it recline?

I dunno. What if his space is limited?

Then it should probably be a chair.

I have nothing to add, but I want to post in a thread which is becoming epic! So I am going post my nothingness. Oh and the pic two posts up looks a lot like an erect penis....disturbingly so

OK, so the chair has to be chair, but the speakers don't have to be *in* the chair, right?

Might I suggest a regular (yet compact) chair and a pair of wireless headphones (Turtle Beach?)?

I would have thought that the "human touch" name and "feel better" slogan would have made it clear to you.

Bad touch! Bad touch!

Don't listen to these morons. This is what you're looking for!

Plenty of room to mod some speakers in. It doesn't recline, but hey, it's a chair.

Su espacio es limitado.

Small? Check.
Speaker? Check.
Beer storage? Check.

Ladies and gentleman, we have a winner.

So, now you can listen to music and give birth at the same time... in style!

I'm not sure how keen I am on the idea of storing my beer directly below my ass. You're just going to end up with either warm beer or a cold ass. Possibly both.

This thread needs to be added to the Goodjer Commandments.
