You would be incorrect, good sir. Most incorrect.
A good collection of vintage art and print advertising from ages past. Some good nuggets to be found here. The Shorpy photo blog is especially good.
Everything 2 2 is a collection of user-submitted writings about, well, pretty much everything.
The quality varies greatly and everything seems to be focused on relational advise, c++ code, feminist articles but there is plenty of other stuff in there too.
If you do check out E2, have a look at some of my writing there. I stopped writing for them a few years back, but I'm still proud of some of my stuff there. I'd also recommend anything by Roninspoon or Jet-Poop.
I used to love E2...
I've mentioned Woot before, but today they have a nice XBox 360 Pioneer 5.1 surround system for $90. They'll probably go quick.
Very excellent... bookmarked.
A search engine for songs appearing in music video games.
http://isitfriday.org/ - oldie, but goodie. Especially today.
And lo, the angel did open the seventh seal and reveal... the Hello Kitty MMORPG...
Christ Livingston, of Gordon Frohman and hopefully 1 Fort fame soon, posted a little experiment he did called Living in Oblivion. Basically, he tries to be an NPC in Oblivion. Funny stuff, as usual.
I had lunch with him once, back in the "Not My Desk" days. Good fellow.
What's that? You're looking for dozens of folky songs produced in the 50s and 60s on the subject of basic scientific principles?
Scientific theory of antigravity.
Some of my favorites:
Orisinal: Games for people who don't need plots, or more than two buttons.
Schlock Mercenary: The website that not only got me started reading web comics, but also got me started painting miniatures.
I Can Has Cheezburger?: Yes, I know everyone's already seen these. But they still update, and they're still funny.
Cute Overload: Exactly what it says.
Lemon Demon: The devil sent him up from Hell. Now he's got some lemonade to sell.
Risus: The anything RPG.
Home of the Underdogs: Old games and lots of downloads.
Nihongo o Narau: Learning Japanese, I think I'm learning Japanese, I really think so.
Engrish.com: Or not.
The cake is a lie! No, really!
Here's for you Canadians.
I was hitting my stumble button and came across a name/word to weapon generator and discovered that my first name along creates a more powerful weapon than my first and last name combined. Good fun.

Cool my name becomes a Halberd (Attack Level 20) Magic Wand (Magic Level 1) Saber (Attack Level 16).
So all together it's an Attack level 36 Magic Level 1 weapon of a name.
My wife is a Pistol (Attack Level 9) Katana (Attack Level 25) Saber (Attack level 16)
So by marrying me her name now has an attack level of 50.
Before she married me she had a Bazooka instead of a Saber but it was only attack level 5. Odd since you'd think a Bazooka would be more than a Pistol. So hah! She increased her attack potential by 11 by hooking up with me. However she can kick my butt name wise, unless my special Magic Wand has some power I don't know about... (Wow that sentence is a joke waiting to happen)
There are some pretty funny shirts on this site. If you like woot.com I'm certain this will be as entertaining.

I become a katana (attack level 62)
I killed way too much time figuring out what sort of violent instruments my friends become.
Antony Gordon Hawksworth, better known as Tony Hawks, is an English comedian, author and philanthropist.
Because of his name's similarity to a certain professional skateboarder, he gets quite a bit of e-mail intended for someone other than himself. His amusing responses are on his web site.

The name says it all. There's some hilarious stuff in there, and the little intro-comments are just as funny sometimes.

"Well why don't you change your name to Anthony?"
"No way! Why should I change? He's the one who sucks."
