I saw this on another forum I visit but found it was kind of interesting, kind of cool though.

It sucks though it's not available for Canada but hopefully sooner than later

YEAH!!! WOOO!!

Wait... What the hell? When did we become a second class country?

When wasn't Canada second class?

I know it really sucks, Honestly it makes no sense to me why were not included.

Allright! MMO-style grinding brought 'meta-game style' to your favorite console!

got... to... get... that ... 10000th.... point....

Edit: Fusion Frenzy 2?... never mind about that 10000th point.

I'm ignorant here (just here, m'kay?), but doesn't Canada require some bizarre math testing thing upon winning any contests?

hmm I guess I didn't think it was an actual requirement but just alot of contests do have that,

interesting I'll have to check on that.

At least you moved up from 3rd world recently.

Well, it was easy to say definitively if I'd bothered to Google.

Hmm try and out grind all the kids, and teenagers for all that? NO! If it was for some Halo 3 stuff... still no.

America Jr.!

Well I'll be getting 1,000 points from Crackdown during that time, so I think I can manage a decent entry.

No no, second world country, i.e. soviet bloc.

In other news, I already have Contra, and the lack of the Contra Code upsets me. What do I stand to gain from this? A new gamer pic and dashboard theme?

The Contra Code is there. Hmm I'd have to get 14,500 gamerpoints? Shouldn't I have enough already?

Well spank you very much Microsoft for excluding the Canadians. I know why you're really holding out though, for the free bacon and snow shovels. Make it happen!

I was told that it wasn't there because it was the arcade version of the game. I couldn't get it to work, at least.

So, uh... I have 5,000 points. What do I need to do to get stuff?

Rent 5 of the really easy ones I guess. King Kong, Tomb Raider, Gun, Condemned and Fight Night were relatively easy in comparison. Tomb Raider and Condemned do get a bit tougher if you want the full 1,000 from each.

On the plus side, aside from King Kong, all those games were a ton of fun to play. Even King Kong wasn't bad, I just hated the FPS segments.

I liked those parts best. No HUD is a good HUD.

So, when does this go live?

My guess is today. I was going to go check the Blockbuster for rentals after I leave work.

Rent any 2 EA Sports launch games, then go to Gamespot.com and look up a guide how to get 1000point within 30min!

-edit-

I think the guide was, how quickly get 6k points. It pretty much list all the quick and easy achievements from Launch games.

It's live and getting slammed. Of course!
