So we've entered the month of April, I hope everyone set their clocks ahead. For me, time seems to be moving ahead fast enough as it is. E3 is quickly approaching and six days after I get home from that I'll be standing at the altar, waiting for my woman to glide up the aisle and seal the deal. My work life also seems to be picking up as we put winter behind us and we have quite a few house renovations to do before we'll be ready for the eventual wedding visitors. When I have a schedule like this ahead of me I'm always very thankful I have games to fall back on and blow off some steam! World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 is shipping tomorrow at a bargain price of $29.99 which is a total steal for this game. Forget about whether or not you like soccer, this is one of those games that simply transcends preference.

You're going to a video game conference the week before your wedding?
Wow, now that is an understanding woman.
Congratulations!

I'm a very lucky man. I think this deserves a... BOOYA!

Wedding plans. Just the thought of them makes my head hurt. Gook luck with that.
I agree with hubbin. How'd you pull that off?
Ouch. But a fitting eulogy for a trilogy that wasn't all it should have been.
As for wedding plans, I don't mean to brag but mine have been smooth and easy so far. My fiance and I seem to be reading off the same script so far and everything has gone our way. Not much left to do, but hopefully everything else goes as smoothly. Congrats on pulling off an E3 weekend before the wedding as well!
How many women are you marrying? Is that legal in Canada? How hard is it to immigrate to Canada these days? I have skillz.

That's the exact same thing I was thinking, "Did Canada go all Mormon when I wasn't looking?"
Shame on you Certis, it's people like you causing the shortage of available women. Just take your one and don't be greedy.
Oh man, In Living Color Season One! I have got to start buying DVDs.
And how exactly are they altered?

Is it being simulcast on Teamspeak?
I wish you guys would stop encouraging him.

If you can get your fiance to wear a geeky headset at the altar, you would be a geek God... GOD I tell you!

Damn you spell checker, you've failed me again!
I have to admit, Karla has been amazing with planning the wedding with very little input from me aside from a few key things. People have been asking her if she wants to be a wedding planner!
As for E3, it's something I missed out on last year due to some budgetary reasons and I swore I'd go to this year no matter what. Then we decided to get married May long weekend and then E3 was announced. I wouldn't do it if things were crazy but Karla has everything well under control. I have a feeling if I was around I'd just get in the way

Tomorrow will be a sad day for me.....I am not going to complete my Matrix trilogy collection. This will be the first movie series I have owned where I don't buy all the movies in that series.

Is Revolutions really that bad?

On it's own it wasn't that bad, but compared to the first and even the second movies, it was an affront to everything that is "The Matrix". My own disappointment is that it did not live up the promise it oringally conjured when they announced they were going to turn it into a trilogy.
It is far from great, let's put it that way. It is a disgrace to the first movie and it's ideas and that is why I don't want it.

Ah, going to wait for the trilogy to come out as a boxed set?
Or them to be released individually as the special directors cuts?
Or maybe the chrome-plated dual holly collector's box set?
A fan of discerning taste would wait for the nth Anniversary Premium Widescreen Essential Platinum Series Enhanced Dolby with extended commentary and supplemental menu control Edition.

Hehe, no. Just not going to buy the widescreen DVD tomorrow.

I think what disappointed me the most about Revolutions was how the entire Zion invasion segment managed to wind up including just about every cliche they could find. It would have been at least tolerable if it wasn't for that. Great imagery, wonderful effects/sound, nice design concepts, but atrocious, horrible, blasphemous cliches.
I actually enjoyed the Neo/Smith segments (both in the real world and in the matrix), and found the ending to be reasonably satisfying.
However, that's just my impression of the film on its own. As a part of the Matrix trilogy, it managed to pretty much ditch all the creativity and drama of the first film. Reloaded wasn't quite as good as the first, but it's good enough to be passable as a Matrix film. But Revolutions, very disappointing to me.

Ot didn't have enough of the actual matrix in the 3rd movie... too much zion... not enoght matrix.
The voices say hello.
And not enough explanation:
Neo: Why was I able to affect the machines in the real world with my Matrix powers?
Oracle: Because you were connected to The Source.
Neo: Oh, okay. Thanks.

Umm...I hate to point this out....but she seems to have forgotten to send my invitation....

Hmm, its interesting that here in Switzerland we most of the time get DVDs released week or two before they are released in States. I wonder what the deal is.
In most areas Europe gets the late action, isnt it?

Shadow Vault smells like Fallout. Anyone tried it yet?
If there were any justice in the world, 'emoticons' would be a failed eighties Transformers spin off movie, in which all the bots transform into a symbol of an emotion, and which preaches gay rights.
