I can't f-ing BELIEVE they're going to butcher Galactica!

Seriously, I can see little to no good coming from this, and would be VERY surprised if it turned out well.

Well? Check in, Space Boy. Are you surprised or what?

Kegboy, where art thou?

You guys almost had me scared there for a sec. i thought something bad is going to happen to season 3, then I checked the post date... thanks guys for almost giving me a heartattack

That scared the crap out of me.

My comment about Olmos playing Adama was insightful and well articulated!

Riiiight.

Also, I find this recent trend of holding people accountable for outlandish comments they once made with virtually no thought and an inflated sense of superiority deeply troubling, and counter to everything the internet stads for. If we can't go around blathering vapid insanity, behind a cloak of anonymity and a complete lack of accountability, then why even log on to the interweb at all? I say, fight for your right to pretend to be an expert at everything. Down with the subverters who want us to take responsibility for our rhetoic; let them be first up against the wall!

I will go get the pitch fork!

Wait, we should only be doing this on the internet?

Yeah, thanks for the scare, bastages!

I'm not exactly sure what it "stads" for.....but trends?!? On the internet?!? Blasphemy!!!

Was that an elysium post with two misspelled words?

I think it was.

The end approaches.

Has Veloxi ever actually said he liked the new one? I can't remember seeing him in any of the episode posts. Maybe he still considers it butchered. Despite all the critical acclaim, there are those that still do.

I suppose we have the Goodjer 10 Commandments thread to thank for all this recent thread necromancy!

This, however, was one of the better examples. I can't help but think of all the Female Doggoing and moaning going on in the X-Men 3 thread about a movie we barely have any info on.

Good Lord this thread is old. I would have echo'd Veloxi's comments on Starbuck and Adama. That said, love the new show. I missed the hype (Thank God) and was suprised by the mini-series and Season One.

Isn't this what the P&C forum is for?

I think it's awesome. In fact, a thread filled with nothing but quotes from forum folk that are obviously rectally emitted woudl make my frakking day.

It is important to note that I posted before 7:00 am. I never find all the consonants I plan to use throughout the day before 9:30.

Am I the only one picturing a tassle of migrant workers toiling away in the consonant fields of Elysium's plantation while his sits on the porch, wearing a white, linen suit and sipping a mint julep?

Sixteen words, whaddya get? Another day older ...

Remind me to NEVER make broad, sweeping predictions based soley on gut feelings or loose rumors.

Oh sh*t, I'm hosed...

I do declare, Mistah Fletchah, but while ruminatin' upon this sweet tea, ah believe you might jus' be disparigin' mah charactah. Now, why don'cha'just runalong, boy, before you set yourself a case ah the vapors, or find yerself face down in the mud sum other way.

Add me to the list of people who were freaking out wondering what the frak this thread was talking about! I remember watching the original show as a kid, but that's it. I didn't have any attachment to the original characters, so the change in casting never really bothered me much.

If we all stopped doing that, GWJ would grind to a halt.

Sounds like you work for the administration.
