Poor little dude was just chillin' minding his own business, then along comes this giant with a stick...
Something extremely scary would have to be chasing me to get me to climb up that thing. Like a bear. Or a store manager responsible for putting up Christmas decorations in September.
The bear would need to be chasing me back DOWN.
I'm kinda torn on changing a natural feature so people can use it but then realized that is better than something like scaffolding stairs (or whatever) that we do so tourists can enjoy something.
The angle of that climb has got to be a bit shallower than the camera position makes it look. It's probably about as difficult as climbing a ladder.
*I* still wouldn't do it without some sort of fall arrest system, but I can see how other folks could do it on the regular without many incidents.
