I loved the interview with Sam!
I'm almost to the end of Baldur's Gate and working on finishing up Karlach's story now. After listening to this interview it's going to be so much more satisfying when she puts her Hellfire Great Axe (the most appropriate weapon for her imho) through the skull of a certain douchebag!

I found the impressions on starfield a little off when asked about comparison to No Mans Sky. "No mans sky is just a much smaller version"? 1000 planets with a 2 or 3 points of interest vs 18 quintillion planets in No Mans Sky which can be landed on, explored without boundaries on foot or by vehicle/ship, has many POI's, procedurally generated with multiple varieties of animals. If you love Starfield, awesome! But, in no way is the freedom and scope compared to NMS even comparable.

I never thought of respeccing Karlach as a bard to hear her Vicious Mockery but will certainly have to try it now! Maybe for my 5th play through.

I respeced her as a Bardarian for this reason! I can't remember my exact spread but I went Bard swords first, then Barb for rage, and ended with fighter 2 for action surge. I can look when I get home but she destroys things and has a sweet voice to boot.

Phew, so I am not the only one with this pet peeve. It extends to so much more than Game Pass too.
