Context would help. I have absolutely no idea what I'm looking at there. The background looks like a long shot of a ... farm? construction site? The object in the centre seems to be a rough cardboard model of a missile or something? WTF?

I believe this is a POV shot of a drone dropping a VOG-17 grenade rigged with improvised tail fins to make sure it hits the ground nose first.
Edit: This image seems to come from a report of Russian militants attacking Ukranian forces with drone grenades.

I've since edited the post so that it's a Ukranian drone dropping a grenade on a Russian tank. That makes me significantly happier than Vatniks getting kills.

I'm curious when that was made, or by whom? Was it from when before clowns were considered horrifying? My father in law is 76 and he has only fond memories of clowns from when he was a kid.
