Hey Pink, I can confirm that I've got the Club set up as cross-platform.
Setup is 4 stages per event, each event runs over two weeks, so you can make your run at any point in that window (or multiple points). Each stage should take 4-8 minutes, depending on length and skill.
This is asynchronous multiplayer, meaning there is a deadline to set a time on certain courses and submit it to the competition.
For some additional clarity, this means you can run the stages at whatever time is convenient to you, provided you finish before the league deadline.
There's no need to be on at a specific time for a large group event.

That's quite an eclectic list but I fully agree with how high Sega Rally is and I'm happy to see Automobilista 2 in the mix.
I'll take this as an opportunity to let folks know we have wrapped up Season 8 and are currently voting for Season 9 (cars, tracks, rules, etc.), so if you'd like to dip your toes into sim racing with a fantastic group, it's the perfect time. Even better, we'll be running Automobilista 2 this season and it's currently only $11.99 USD on Steam sale through Jan. 5? Heck it's got a demo to try, and it supports VR if you're of the 'no VR no buy' inclination with sims.
If you're interested, I encourage you to give it a try. I'd say we're a fairly broad range of skill levels but endeavor to find cars/tracks that really allow anyone to shine, keep the racing tight, all while having fun.
