And a quick summary of them "in situ" to see how they look on a dungeon tile background!
That's one cool cat.
(I just couldn't help myself.)
Today's prompt was "Vampirella," a character I knew but had never drawn before. And since I'm on Fall Break, you get not one but two versions! (About 15 minutes each)
Day 7 - "SLIMY"
Had to go with the classic...
As a DM, when the players are in a dungeon/cavern system and not much is happening: drop a slime in. Or preferably on. Multiple times.

Did that last year! (Though I went for a less scantily-clad design as I recall.)
I got an easier one today. Arttrober 2022, Day 7—Makima of Chainsaw Man:
Just wanted to chime in and say that Krita is AMAZING!!!
Cool!
I've been using Krita to color The Foxhunt after Sketchbook proved too unreliable to continue using. I didn't know you could also do 3D things with it!
Kayfabetober Day 8: EC Comics.
I used to watch Tales From the Crypt with my mom when I was in middle/high school and loved the stories. My favorite part, though, was always the Crypt Keeper.
Ravanon, I am considering switching to the Arttrober list for days 11-21, so know you might get some competition!
Three posts in a row! I'm sorry!
I didn't know you could also do 3D things with it!
Alas, you can't. I took front and back screen grabs in blender.
But then I used Krita's amazing vector layers/tools to rough out and iterate her mechanic outfit
Now back to blender or LW to 3D!
The Krita vector tools are fantastic! It is like having a mini version of Illustrator included in a photoshop clone. The tools are very straight forward. I only wish I could set up a mirror axis better but I think I could probably add some guides...
Oh, I see.
I am enjoying Krita as a free Photoshop clone. It is quite robust and reliable. I am eager to go back to it and finish coloring The Foxhunt, but it won't happen until November. Oh, well...

That would be fun.
Day 8 of Arttrober is Edelgard from Fire Emblem: Three Houses:
I'm a fan of Fire Emblem, but I've only actually played the older titles. Also I don't have a Switch.
That looks great! Special shoutout to the eyes and the background.
The ninth day of Kayfabetober brings us Spawn!
It had been a while since I had drawn good old Al Simmons!
Nice!
Day 9 of Arttrober is Emma Frost of X-Men:
Nice! This one might be my favorite yet!
Kayfabetober Day 10: Alan Moore
Just being silly today.
I'm definitely switching to Arttrober tomorrow!
Alan Moore = Gandalf?
Mind Asplode ;P
Took the weekend off to try to avoid burnout this year. Back into the nonsense now with Day 8 - JARS.
Oof. First day/night that I struggled for energy. Still, all done.
Day 10 of Arttrober is Jotaro from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (Part 6's incarnation, I believe):
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is one of those series that I'm aware of, but never felt inclined to investigate. The distinctive art style in particular put me off a bit, but then so did One Piece's style once upon a time, so maybe I should give it a closer look?
Super cool, Ravanon! That hand is killer!
Like you said, I am also aware of the show, but I've never checked it out. Same with One Piece!
I get a hint of Arcane in that piece, Ravanon, and I like it.
These continue to be amazing Ravanon!
Creatober Day 9 - SHED
Super cool, Ravanon! That hand is killer!
Hands have long been among my worst enemies as an artist. I'm getting better, but I'm still inconsistent drawing them in any way that doesn't look like the result of some horrible accident. On an entirely unrelated note, I've drawn plenty of pictures of people with their hands conveniently behind their backs...
Okay, I had fun with this one. Day 11 of Arttrober is Y'shtola from FInal Fantasy XIV:
I've certainly played a lot of FInal Fantasy, but not being an MMORPG player I've never visited either of the online FFs, though number 14 seems to be held in quite high regard, even today.
AWESOME!
Here's my Y'Shtola:
I've only played FFXV and VII Remake, so I had no idea who this character was. She looks cool, though. Also, as I was drawing her, I kept thinking "she wears the kind of clothes Ravanon likes to draw."

Yes. Yes she does.
MOAR stitching and feathers!
Yes. Yes she does.
I knew it!
MOAR stitching and feathers!
Well, I don't think the next few have any stitches or feathers, but stay tuned!
Arttrober, Day 12: Zatanna.
This is the second time I've drawn this character. The first one was for the A to Z series I did... last year?
