I loved that movie as a kid. I will watch the sh*t out of this. Just wish my kids were a little older to watch it as well.

Holy sh*t. They actually got Warwick Davis back to reprise his titular role THIRTY-FOUR YEARS later!?

Get Andor out of here... More Warwick!!! Live streaming on youtube right now....

Ow. That willow trailer punched me right in the nostalgia.

I'm sure that was the goal.

It looks like Willow won't be following the story of the Shadow War trilogy that George Lucas & Chris Claremont wrote, which is fair given how big a departure from the movie they were, but I do hope they work in at least some things from it.

I always thought the whole schtick behind Willow was that he was not an actual magician, but a street performer with simple parlor tricks. It will disappoint me if he is suddenly now some kind of powerful wizard.

Oh I totally disagree. The thing with Willow was that he should have only ever been a street performer with simple parlor tricks *but* he believed in himself and worked to be something greater. Strongly disagree.

I am extremely excited for this show.

Hmm. The original is available on D+. I might have to give it a re-watch, since it's been so darned long since I've last seen it.

At the end he's able to use Raziel's wand to return her to her human form.

Yes, the whole message of Willow's magic is to believe in yourself and not listen to the Burglekutts of the world.

I think calling Paleocon that is against the CoC!

Why is the only ancillary character's name I can remember from that movie "Burglekutt?"

Watching George of the Jungle for the 40th time. Love this movie so much. Especially after reading this.

Finished Willow for the first time! That was great! Annoying that Warwick Davis doesn't get first billing. That's all sorts of messed up...

Light & Magic: Episode 1

Who knew the same guy who worked on Star Wars also created the fonts for Star Trek and amps used by George Harrison, Keith Richards, etc.? Also, why do I have this suspicion that this series is going to end up depicting how VFX houses need to have shot completed before principal photography thanks to the advent of AR sets?

Cautiously excited for She Hulk

We watched Lightyear with the kids over the weekend and everyone really liked it. I thought it was fun, some nice animation of the action scenes and it's probably my favorite Toy Story movie. I don't understand why it's so disliked.

74/84 critic/audience at rotten tomatoes. Is that bad?

Not as good as the 4 Toy Story movies but then again, maybe 2-4% of all movies are that good.

Hadn't seen that audience score. I saw 5.x on IMDb and heard box office take was less than expected.

Metacritic has a 60 for formal reviews and 3.9 for users, but that appears to be review bombing by conservatives (?).

Date | Marvel Studios' She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

What sh*t are they triggered by now?

The whole deal with Lightyear that they had a same-sex couple kiss in one scene and that was enough to send conservatives into a mouth frothing rage.

My God!.....A same sex kiss?!?!?! What next plant based meats at Cracker Barrel?!?!?!

I am all for restaurants putting out more plant products, the problem FOR ME at Cracker Barrel with the plant-based sausage was they replaced the turkey sausage to do it. That was the best breakfast meat they had! Add more options, great. Take away something that has been around for years, boo! Their regular pork sausage is weird and I don't like it and I always got the turkey sausage.

Maybe this is a New / Classic Coke or lime / green apple Skittles situation where they'll get rid of it for just long enough to get people good and pissed off before bringing it back.
