[News] Post a D&D Picture

Previous incarnations of Cleveland/P&C/D&D have had an image thread, to handle political cartoons and other image-based stuff that doesn't belong in the general post-a-picture threads.

If any of them spawn an extended discussion, please spawn it off into its own thread. Replies to non-picture replies should take the form of a link pointing to a post on a different discussion thread.

And I shouldn't have to say it, but the images still need to abide by the rules.

Elton John's songwriting partner, of course.

The real question is, what is Taupe?

An upmarket hairpiece?

If the suburbs were a color.

It's actually what you get when you apply a denoise filter to the sky above a port, which is the color of television, tuned to a dead channel.

If you paint, it is the sum of all colors

I could've sworn it was a little more tan than grey, but hex code doesn't lie!

The world's least interesting man. "I don't always paint my walls. But, when I do, it's taupe."

Scott Adams attempting to be an edgelord while forgetting that the newspapers he's still syndicated in don't publish in color during the week.

I think someone should ask why his comic strip that’s been around for 33 years hasn’t had a black character before now.

If you know anything about Scott Adams, you don't need to ask that.

I mean, you can just look at the comic and probably figure that out.

Editors must really keep him in check because in person he comes off as a proudly deranged, manic bigot.

The Dilbert guy reminds me of this breakdown of the state of conservative 'comedy'. Basically their only joke now is 'X identifies as something absurd' when there used to be an actually funny branch of 'redneck' comedy that they'd now call 'woke' like Ron White

And if those clumps of cells are really children then child support payments should retroactively kick in as soon as the women knows she's pregnant.

Naw, 6 weeks, just before she will probably know she is pregnant. Its fair no?

This stupid metaphor never worked and was an example of the rank privilege of childish edgelords who don't have to deal with the consequences of government policy. Repurposing it doesn't work, IMO.

Can confirm. If you want to see a child born but not fed, safe, healthy and in a stable home, you are an asshole.

100% agree there should be more vasectomies, and I've actually had it done myself. Reversing them however isn't quite reliable. You have a fairly good chance in the first 2-3 years of a reversal being successful, and it drops after that. I had mine done over a decade ago, and at this point there's pretty much no chance I'll ever be able to have another kid. That is, unless vasectomy technology has improved since I had mine!

I have to say it seems like a solvable problem when we can give folk new limbs, artificial hearts, etc.
