The Official Trading Post

One of the best coop games i have ever played.

Anyone need a 5900X? I have one brand new in box, unopened. I’m just not going to get around to system building anytime soon. Would sell to a non-coffee grinder for $475 shipped in the US.

Edit: sold!

I have some hardware I'd like to unload.

First, a Fanatec wheel.

It's a CSL Elite, which is their more affordable wheel from a few years ago. They no longer sell this - they currently have the CSL DD, which is an affordable direct drive model. The CSL DD base is $350 by itself, but I'm offering this whole kit for $290. It includes the CSL Elite base, the XBox wheel, the CSL Elite pedals, and an added pedal with a load cell brake.

I am asking for anyone who is interested to contribute at least a portion of the shipping, as the wheel, the base, the pedals, and the load cell brake all have their own boxes. The photos all detail the cosmetic flaws of the wheel, but there is absolutely nothing functionally wrong with the wheel. I just don't do racing sims anymore.

This is all I have for the moment, but I will be back soon with more stuff.

Aaaand it's gone.

Selling opened copy of Far Cry 6 Steelbook Gold Edition for PS5. Season pass code not redeemed so pretty much brand new. Popped it in and played for an hour. I would rather play on PC. I can't hit anything with controller. Purchased for $110 plus tax.

Price drop to $70 shipped.

Still available. No one wants the Gold Edition for $40 off?

Hey buddy! You still want to part with this? PM sent!

sold

FS: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy - PlayStation 5 - $50 shipped.

Only kind of a trading post thread, but figured it's close enough to count (and please mod me if it's not).

I'm making cutting boards and keyboard wrist rests this year, and thought maybe folks might be interested in getting one. They look something like this:
IMAGE(https://i.imgur.com/MVDM8YL.jpg)

The one above is an end grain board with walnut, maple, and purpleheart. End grain boards are easier on knives, and don't show scratches and cuts as much, but they take longer to make, so they're a bit more expensive. They're finished with mineral oil and beeswax.

I put together a form that you can look through to see a bunch of other designs and options in case you want to order something. I didn't put many edge grain designs in there, but if you'd like an edge grain board, let me know. Price for those would probably be in the $50-60 range, depending on the wood species you want.

Edit: I added a bunch of edge grain designs to the form last night.

Where's the form Chaz? Do you have different sizes?

Crap, I knew I'd forget something! Added a link.

That is gorgeous! Would you mind telling us how you make them?

It's basically mill the lumber, cut the wood into strips, and glue the strips together. When it's dry, clean it up and run it through the planer. If you're doing an edge grain board, you're mostly done, and can make everything pretty and smooth. For an end grain board, you cut the glued strips cross-ways into more strips, flip them on end, and glue everything back together. Then you sand forever, make the edges pretty, then drown it in oil.

I'll try and take some in-progress photos when I do the next one(s). I'll probably post those and some more detailed stuff in the woodworking thread.

You do very nice work Chaz. I'm going to try to find a way to get one of these for a holiday present for someone.

Edit: I was able to track down a copy. Thanks everyone!

Cross-posted from the Games forum:

I recently came across a couple of old PC game boxes. I have no idea if they are worth anything or if anybody has any interest in them. I figured y’all would be a great place to start.

I have what I think is a complete-in-slightly-scuffed-box (box is probably Good, contents are Mint) Betrayal at Krondor on 3.5” disks with the Official Strategy Guide (probably Very Good). I can’t be certain that it’s complete, but it still has the Dynamix catalog and the Sierra “call this number for tech support” insert.

I also have a near mint copy of King’s Quest IV - The Perils of Rosella on 5.25” floppies. Also possibly complete-in-box - my favorite piece is the letter from Ken Williams explaining what sound cards are.

If anybody has any thoughts on what I should do with these, let me know.

Selling a Lillebaby baby carrier. it's black and tokidoki themed. we only used it like 3 times, it's never been peed, pooped or thrown up on/in. the worst that has happened to it is the cat slept on it a couple times when he got into the closet. it's very nice, our daughter just preferred our other one. as someone with a bad back, i can say the back support is nice, if it had been my choice instead of the tiny person i would have used this one most of the time.
I think it went for about 120-150 new (which it essentially is) but for GWJers does anyone want it for $85 shipped in the US?

I've got a barely-used !!New!! Nintendo 3DS XL that I'm hoping to unload. No games - all of mine were digital purchases. The thing is in great shape, only a few very small cosmetic scratches on the top half exterior. The screens are pristine. And I have a silicone comfort grip thingy too that I'm just going to include.
Ebay prices for this thing are all over the place, so I'm going to say a starting point of $100.

Gone.

For those of you confused by the "!!New!!" in my post, it's because Nintendo sucks at naming things.

Hmmmmmmmm. That's such a good price... Hmmmmmmmmm. I'll think on it.

I've played dozens of hours of N3DS this year. Still some great games

Unless my current offer falls through, you've already missed it.

Oh well, that's on me then. Thanks for the heads up!

Next up on my "hardware I no longer use" liquidation - a CH Products USB throttle.

I bought this back in the early days of Elite Dangerous and probably logged less than 5 hours of play time on it, so it's practically new. I do not have the original packaging.

The ebay prices for this are also a bit nuts (the USB version - there are a ton of cheap 15-pin PC gamepad connector versions on ebay). I'm going to position this at $95 shipped.

Photos.

It's got 4 hat switches - I think some are 4-way, and some are 8-way - you'll have to check CH documentation for that. It also has an analog stick with a click, like your standard console controller, and three additional buttons.

This thing is badass. As I was photographing it, I even thought maybe I should keep it, but I really have not used it for forever. It's just sitting here and could go to a much better home.

No cosmetic issues or damage to speak of. This thing looks new.

Overly wordy build blog over in the woodworking thread!

I've got about a dozen orders for boards already, so if you want one in time for the holidays, let me know as soon as you can, so I've got time to get it made and shipped.

I trust you've posted that on BGG, yes?

Where exactly do I do this? Thanks.

BGG = Board Game Geek

Along with it being a great resource for all things board games, people sell / trade board games there. You'd have a real wide audience if you posted you game for sale on there.
