Video Game Deals Catch-All

Fanatical has a showcase bundle for $4 you get:
Shadow Tactics: Blade of the Shogun
Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock
Torchlight
Livelock
Orwell
Tower of Time

Full price for these games is ~$140. For $4. That's 97% off. Skip the mocha latte.

Another amazing bundle if you don't have any of Shadow Tactics, Deadlock, Torchlight or Tower of Time. I haven't played Livelock and haven't put enough time into Orwell to recommend it. But the other 4 games are very good.

Think deadlock is supposed to be good. Have torchlight. Not sure of the rest

Torchlight, Tower of Time and Shogun are all essential. What a bargain!

Livelock is lots of fun. If you like twin-stick shooters, you'll have a blast with it.

I took advantage of that offer and will gift in return since I already have two of those games!

If someone would like a free steam key to:

Shadow Tactics OR Torchlight

please PM me. First come first serve and you can't have both, I want to gift to two people.

Same. I already have Shadow Tactics and Torchlight. PM me for the keys. 1st come 1st served, but one game per goodjer. If I don't respond someone already picked it up.

Banana Hell is free on steam in case you were running out of games that are bananas here you go.

Syberia 1 and 2 are free on Steam. The third one is 85% off but has mixed reviews.

2064: Read only Memories is free on Epic today only. This isn't on their front page so you have to go to the game page to claim it.

The Castelvania and Contra Anniversary collections are $5 each this week for Xbox Gold Deals. Symphony of the Night is 50% off. Other Castlevania titles are on sale too.

Those Konami collections are both $5 on Switch too, through next week. Very handy to have anywhere.

EDIT: Looks like Konami sale on Steam too. Cheap games wherever you want them.

Europa Universalis IV is free on Epic. Note there are a number of DLC that are also free but you have to get them one at of time.

And PC Building Simulator next week.

Thanks for the heads up on the DLC.

October list of freebies for Prime:
Song of Horror Complete Edition
Red Wings: Aces of the Sky
Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures
Blue Fire
Tiny Robots Recharged
Whiskey & Zombies: The Great Southern Zombie Escape
Secret Files 3
Star Wars: Squadrons - redeem on Origin
Alien: Isolation - redeem on Epic
Ghostrunner - redeem on GOG

Damn... that didn't take long for Squadrons to hit a freebie list.

There's a reason for that.

I got my $29.99 out of it, playing with a group was excellent. Why you gotta harsh on it when it is free? Let others enjoy it for what it is: a modern, multiplayer xwing vs tie fighter that just happens to support VR (and currently free!)

It's been on Game Pass (i.e. effectively "free") for ages already

Was in PS+ back in Dec or Jan

New Amazon Prime games are up, including Star Wars Squadrons on Origin.

Well it's a multi-player game and a full year old.

Going to spotlight Ghostrunner as a game a lot of people probably missed. Think Mirrors Edge X Doom 2016 and you've got an absolutely bonkers wall running, samurai, one shot you're dead, slash-em up that definitely flew under the radar but if you're into any of these things (or just the best Cyberpunk aesthetic and world I've seen in a while) IT'S FREE!!!!

... and now I'm installing it.

If you got the free GhostRunner game check your email for free DLC. GOG sent out a free sword DLC after the game is claimed.

Ghostrunner = bonkers, and almost-frustrating. Super fun in either small doses or the right frame of mind.

I played up to the first 'arena' where there are multiple paths with more than three enemies and realized I probably needed to start over with a controller.

It took me a while to realize this.

I auto-delete almost all my GOG emails so ooops! Maybe not so fast on the trigger finger next time, Natus.

Thanks for the heads up!

Accurate! It's unforgiving. Be prepared to die. A LOT. And then some more.

Wow. I can’t imagine doing this with a controller.
