Post a quote, that could have just been text but instead for some stupid reason is an image, entertain me!

Dinner time in Greece is normally 10pm during every season, except summer. When Dinner is at 11pm or 12am.

We're bi-cultural, so we have dinner at 8:00 or 8:30. :)

Honest question: when do y'all sleep?

Youngest sleeps at 9:30, older kids 10:30 or 11:30. Me...10:30 or 11:30 depending on how tired I am.

Biggest meal of the day is lunch, which is usually around 1:30 p.m.. "Dinner" can be quite a small meal, and is sometimes just lunch leftovers.

It is HOT in Greece. Nobody is eating heavy meals at night. My high school students will not believe me very much when I tell them that people in the US and UK consider 6pm to be "evening", as they consider until 8pm to be "afternoon", and really really don't believe me that people might eat dinner at 6pm. These same students are going abroad for university, so...eventually they believe me.

In the hottest summer months, you can see/hear people eating on their balconies at 11pm -12 am most nights.

Yeah, the late supper sounded like a heat-related thing. I was mostly wondering if Greece had the whole nap-through-the-hottest-part-of-the-day thing going on or if you adjusted some other way.

To translate to southern US parlance, you have dinner in the middle of the day and supper in the evening. (Dinner is the main meal of the day, whether it happens in the evening or at midday. Lunch is the light midday meal and supper is the light evening meal.)

In eastern parlance it sounds like "a big lunch and a bedtime snack."

I eat a snack right before bed sometimes, too, but I also have a dinner.

While I don't disagree with the sentiment, don't geese look out for each other in that way? I've heard that if one is sick or injured, another goose will stay with it until it heals or dies.

There's a fairly large difference between recovering from being sick or having a minor injury and healing a broken femur. The goose isn't going to set its fellow goose's broken bone, feed it, or protect it from predators.

Added vision this year because it is time to get new glasses so this one made me smile. There is no reason for this distinction. It is just a way to nickel and dime a bit more.

That Keanu one is fake as hell considering 1) he doesn't have any social media and 2) Keanu does not express himself that way.

Probably true. It is so easy to fake stuff on the Internet so I hope no one is using stuff I post for a thesis defense or anything I just post for fun.

And sometimes stuff I find worth contemplating - like this one

This would upset about half of my graduating high school class, who seem to like to post 70s nostalgia memes about no helmets and getting hit by parents. More sad than funny. But still a bit funny.
