The feed used by my podcatcher doesn't seem to have this episode.

00:01:01 Cozy Grove
00:04:35 Resident Evil Village
00:06:56 Say No More
00:11:44 Returnal
00:15:33 Lots of Your Emails

I loved hearing about Cozy Grove again. I'm still enjoying the game a lot. It's kinda funny that I've been playing every single day for over a month (got it on 4/10) but I've "only" played 22 hours. It truly is a game tailored to the game with job.

One random silly thing I noticed the other day is that, while your character is a vegetarian, you do fish for the sole purpose of burning the fish and use their charred bones as a crafting material. Not that it's intrinsically contradictory, but it feels like a weird choice. I wonder if it's motivated by the fact that you can't just not have fishing in a game like this so they had to find a purpose for the products of fishing.

Yeah after Lady D, Resi 8 never really reaches those heights again.

Which catcher are you using? Due to some production delays this one didn't post until mid-morning today, so it may not appear on the feed yet as the rollout doesn't always happen right away. Apologies all around! Please pm me if it still doesn't show with a refresh and we can troubleshoot further.

It captures the essence of "just stop on by for a visit" really well. I do find the controls tedious on the switch and often use the touchscreen for menus. However overall really still enjoying it.

It showed up in time for me to listen on my evening commute, so all is well. Given how busy my workday was, I'm sorry I can't be more precise than that. Thanks for checking in!

Cozy Grove is available on Apple Arcade subscription service.

A while back I gave it a try but I was so tired that I couldn’t function. Then I promptly forgot about it. Until hearing about it on the pod. Now I’m giving it a second spin and I’m enjoying it.

Figures that now after all these years that I've put in an ungodly amount of hours into Stardew Valley, the spiritual successors start showing up.

So... perfect timing?

The things is, Cozy Grove is deliberately made so that you enjoy it without putting an ungodly amount of hours into it.

recently back to listening now that my work life allows it. I feel like the Podcast Crew page needs to be updated to the current regular hosts, as I don't think it has for a long time.

I like the new hosts in their own ways, but I do miss the old ones I listened to for years. I remember Shawn went off to be a monk, though I didn't know if that was forever I need to catch up more.

The new crew is super dope and super on point. The pod is just as good, if not better, than it has ever been. I particularly enjoy the age diversity.

(This is nothing against the Shawns or any of the other regulars...) I really miss Rabbit and Cory. There hasn’t been an out of sync sing along of Ana Ng in a reeeaaly long time.

There are.... A lot of updates that need to be made. Guilty, guilty, guilty as charged.
