Post a picture, entertain me!

I think the rhinestones means that it is a wolf jacket.

I both want one and am repulsed by the fact that I want one,.

This one I understand at least, as a tall person, digging into the bottom shelf/drawers can be a pain sometimes . Although, if I had made the same spacing mistake, I would probably make the stand solution more sturdy and put a cabinet matching faceboard to hide the hole.

The doorway in that elevated fridge shot is way more of a problem for me...

It'd be cool if that "freestanding" fridge was really a robot that rolled around.

"Bleep blorp. Do you need another beer?"

The elevated fridge one looks like a remodeled basement where they decided to try to use a full sized fridge in a space designed for like an apartment sized one and realized they would have enough room if not for that foundation wall.

or maybe a "finished" garage

This has reminded me of my first apartment. The door to access the emergency stairs at the back of the apartment was blocked by the fridge.

It was probably a good things I lived on the first floor (the stairs were there because it was raised a slightly so the basement apartments could have small windows).

Measure available width at countertop height from countertop to wall.
Order a fridge that fits that space perfectly.
Fridge is delivered and doesn't fit.

The cats have knocked so many things under our fridge.

I've done that one. When I went from a compact "portable" dishwasher to a full-size one the stove had to move over half a foot and the hood was misaligned. We have since moved the hood, which means it's now misaligned with the vent hole but it'll work OK for a couple years until we redo all the counters in the kitchen.

OK, so I've almost done that one. Note that the picture has cabinets on either side of the stove and hood, so it's not likely that's the result of the appliance having to move a bit...

does anyone see a human running in this one?

a couple things that stick out to me,

1) the legs sure bend weird for a human,
2)it seems really short for a human too.

It looked like a human to me at first glance. I mean, it was obviously a human, running away. Then I started to parse out other data, and saw the dog. After looking closely for a bit, I mostly only see the dog, and I'm pretty sure that's what the picture actually is.

It doesn't look quite right to be a human, but it sure passed on first glance.

Maybe I have no taste, but other than the floor, I don't hate this one. I want that purple fridge.

It's not what I'd choose for myself but it doesn't seem unreasonable... except for that bit on the right where all the cabinetry seems to have been replaced by shiny tassels.

Might be the dishwasher or trash?

Scrolling through until I hit this, I kept thinking "why is no one talking about the FABULOUS kitchen?!"

I texted that picture to my family and said we were going to remodel our kitchen to look like that. My youngest threatened to move out.

Edit: It would even match with the flatware and knife sets that we (yes really) bought a few weeks ago:

More likely trash, opening and closing the dishwasher would be a pain with those tassels.

Unless the tassels are attached to the door but yes I agree with you.

It looks to me like there used to be an appliance there, but there isn't any more for some reason. The rest of that setup doesn't look half-assed--it's a striking color scheme but it seems competently executed--so seeing that hole there really stands out.

Back to this one... That's a fairly nice-looking stove to have been messed up like that. The only thing I can think is the people who installed the gas and the people who cut the hole for the vent didn't coordinate properly, and by the time the problem was noticed the homeowners just wanted the project to be done.

nvm

Roccos modern kitchen.
