Understood.. i didn't blow my cash on a 4K HDR television to watch 1080p, so I'll take the upscaling and continue to turn my nose up at all of the 1080p people :)

Don't worry, I'm sure when they set up on Market to capture the victory parade, they'll broadcast that in 4K.

Just for fun I googled it; there's not surprisingly a Market St. in KC as well, so, you know . . .

I think Legion means the Market Street in Santa Clara if the 49ers win. I can't imagine throwing a parade on Market in San Francisco, 2 hours away from where the team plays, on a workday.

On a positive note, just yesterday all private vehicles were banned on Market Street (in SF)making it much safer for pedestrians and cyclists and speeding up the busses and other trainsit options.

Welp, Greg Olsen is now a former Panther.

Looks like Carolina's lease on the basement of the NFC South is turning into one of these rent-to-own deals.

I like Greg Olsen. I just automatically assumed this meant he was retiring. He's 34. I kinda want him to retire because as someone who doesn't watch the Panthers often I've seen him look pretty woozy more than once.

He'll sign with the Ravens.

In or Out are the polls I see on twitter.

What a jackass

It is known, Khaleesi.

Somehow Danimal made it worse for everybody.

The moment Mahomes figured out how to have a quiet dinner our for the rest of his time in KC. It's gonna get expensive, though.

I heard a story recently that highlights what’s special about #ChiefsKingdom and about our quarterback.

A few weeks back, @PatrickMahomes and his girlfriend @brittanylynne8 were having dinner at a pizza place near their home in #KC.

Obviously, everyone recognized them, but nobody interrupted them at all, allowing them to enjoy a peaceful meal. They paid their bill and started to head out the door, and still nobody is jumping up to ask for a selfie or an autograph or anything.

Pat stops at the door, turns back, and everyone looks up. He says to the entire restaurant, “Thanks for letting us enjoy our dinner. This is why I LOVE Kansas City. You guys are awesome!”

After he and Brittany left, it was revealed they had paid the bill for every table.

Baker said he's gonna stop replying to critics, which is nice to hear. We shall see.

What year is this from? Google says 2019.

I wonder what "weekly organized football meetings" means if it isn't the same team meetings the rest of the league holds every week. Oh wait, I might have an idea...

"Remove management burdens" = "We don't need anyone besides Paul"

This will go about as well as Joel Embiid's promise to stop trash-talking.

"Learn from other sports orgs" = "Listen to my baseball management stories"

I could feast on this thing for weeks. I needed this to get posted a week from now, I'm too distracted right now!

This is why despite the positive press Bosa is still an awful human being.

Can he flame out and get traded to Cleveland and stop being a complete stain on what is otherwise a fine football franchise?

The Kobe pic is dark, but not f-ed up enough to get mad about. Then I scrolled through some of the others. Yeesh.

Yo I have not been paying attention, because the actual trophies the NFL hands out for its awards look like traaaaaaaaaash.

In positive Niners news.

The replies are gold:

Lamar got a Dundie
State Farm Regional Manager Award
Lowe's Floor person of the Month

Lamar only the 2nd unanimous m coming MVP, joining Brady.

I guess Bill Polian doesn't get a vote for this one.

Polian didn't want the attention for breaking the consensus, so he voted for Lamar, but then wrote in "WR" for position.

Someone tell me how Ryan Tannehill is Comeback Player of the Year over Jimmy Garoppolo.

Garoppolo comes back from an ACL tear to lead the Niners to the NFC #1 seed after being 4-12 a year ago (and reaching the Super Bowl, but these usually just count regular season)

Tannehill comes back from... being a bad QB? And squeaks the Titans into the playoffs with a 9-7 record, after having gone, uh, 9-7 the year before without him.

JJ Watt on SNL. Not bad!

They really think Jimmy G's not a good quarterback.
