NCAA College Football 2019-20: Official Thread

I gotta say, Carl is more militant about The Play than Aggies are about the fact that we own the 12th Man.

I'll take run Lindsey run or Hobnail boot over The Play. I might be biased though.

In more recent times, I think the Kick Six is in my top ten.

It's game day! Ags at Clemson at 3:30ET, followed by LSU at the Longhorns. Should be a great day of football!

Louisville should get an easy win vs Eastern KY. Just looking for ball security improvement and no injuries.

Also, you know, first win since last Sept.

Eh, you didn't get it done for us last week. I think I'm off the Louisville train now.

But good luck anyway!

I’m on the Louisville train after what Satterfield did for App as a player and coach the past few years. He’s gonna have them turned around quickly IMO.

App’s got Charlotte in Boone today, gonna be fun!

Good luck with Clemson Fed...yeesh

I hope none of y'all are Syracuse fans...

Cal plays at Washington tonight in early conference play. I'm sure all of you will be up at 7:30 pacific to watch.

I don't think there's anyone who is penciling this one in as a W for Cal. Our only hope is that UW is starting a new QB this year and our D can certainly make it tough on an inexperienced quarterback.

Unfortunately our offense is so inept that I wouldn't be surprised if UW gets 2 defensive scores. Add on the fact that the Huskies are at home and will be out for revenge after Cal pulled off the stunner last year to beat them in Berkeley and I don't think we have much of a chance.

I'll say UW 27 - Cal 13. UW gets at least 1 Defensive or ST TD, and Cal will actually win turnover margin but despite short fields will only manage 2 FGs. Cal's TD comes in garbage time late in the 4 quarter.

Michigan struggling with Army

Losing to Army 14-7, second half just started, game is on Fox!

Michigan stuffed on 4th at midfield. Army ball, tie game, 232 left. FG to win.

Come on, Army!

Just to the right.

Meanwhile, I had a feeling that this season might not go great when Syracuse only managed to beat a team whose head coach was on a f*cking gurney 24-0.

Lo and behold. Yeesh.

Overtime. Missed 50 yard kick

Regardless of what happens now, this is just further proof that pre-season and early season rankings are a joke.

Sorry, Prederick. Honestly couldn't remember if anyone was a 'cuse fan.

TD Army!

Feeling pretty good so far, but our passing game needs to get going.

Am I the only one who thinks Harbaugh is overrated? Knew that was too many points.

Many people.

If we could complete even half our passes, we would be way up in this game. We picked a baaaaaad time to stink.

Safety for A&M!

Oh wait they had 12 guys, doesn't count.

Oh wait review counts players.. and whistle blown before play so do-over.

WTF.

It's such BS that ref mistakes are exempt from review. I understand the whistle problem, but this should never happen.

Texas?

I flipped over on a Louisville timeout and saw them intercept the ball and have 1st and goal. Flipped back now at half and they still have 0 points. Huh?

RB dropped a pass in the endzone that was uncontested, then they got stuffed on the run. Not sure how they didn't get 3, it's bedtime here.

Cards up 28-0 in the 3rd. Looking like a football team.

FSU to OT with La-Monroe? And only win on a missed PAT?

I'm thinking Louisville might win that game in a few weeks...

42-0 Louisville! Shutout holds.

Our QB2 Malik Cunningham came in late, and looked solid. He may actually be QB1 but he tweaked his knee in fall camp, so they were holding him back for injury concerns. Things could get interesting.

Texas looking good in the second half. Storming back from a 20-7 deficit. 23-21 now. If they can get a stop here...

Edit: Nope.

Looks like our offense is doing better than last year and our defense is no where what we need. Someone is going to be fired if they don’t fix that in the next couple of games.

Edit. They are already calling for his firing. It’s amazing, I know we aren’t the 90s Noles but give the guy a chance. He seems like a class act and ant make some people happyhe loves FSU. The recruiting class is getting much better. You just can’t make some people happy
