Post a picture of your pet!

Thank you so much for that.

And thanks again everyone for the kind words. It really did and does help. <3

I hope it's okay to post something a bit happier. They're still fighting a lot, but more of these moments are happening as well.

He's going to be soooo sad when he can't fit in that tiny space anymore.

Good name.

He was there for about 30 seconds before zooming off to the next place to play

Thanks! He may eventually kill me while I appreciate my paintings, but that's the risk you have to take.

OMG HI NOGHRI!

Noghri, hello!

Meanwhile:
Kiba, King of the Step Stool, has had more than enough of these shenanigans.

The first thing that came to mind when I saw that pic is "Bumbles Bounce!"

This is the second time Theodore has gotten his gigantic head stuck in the cat door and then subsequently the cat door stuck around his neck...doofus...

HA!, i have that same cat door i used to provide access to a private kitty bathroom i made in an unused closet.

Theodore looks like he's having a grand old time.

That's an interesting idea. My wife and I have had some disagreement on litter box placement. So that would open up more possibilities.

This one works well for our cat because he hates the ones that flap. Freaks him out.

So how does the new collar work out? Since its his second time I guess there's some way to get it off? Looks like a permanent feature

Believe it or not we can pull it off of him However, now that it's back in the door we have a comb taped across the hole to one side. In theory, the cat can still get through (with a little scritch if he wants) and Theo can't put his head through it again. We shall see!

Comb is a great idea. I've seen some cat doors that have a brush/comb built-in.

We wanted to hide our litter box because we did not have a good place for it in a new house. We bought one of these cabinets and lined it with a water proof litter mat and put the box inside. We just left the door cracked for the cat, but you could also cut a hole in the side or in the door to make an opening. It worked well for us and wasn't terrible to look at.

For $30 more you could have got this. We ended up with a couple of them thanks to some gift cards one holiday.

Still even though they look really nice we had debate about putting one in the bathroom.

def going on the amazon wishlist. Did you end up using it? how well did it work?

Wife liked it so much we have a 2nd one.

It depends on your cat size and litter box. We have one very long cat and bought this super huge oval litter box for him before. It fits in the cabinet no problem but the design is actually for a smaller box to take up 2/3 of the space with a divider and you put the scoop and spare litter in the back 1/3. But our box is too big. Still works for us but might annoy some people.

Yeah those are a good option too, if a little smaller. We had a big cat also, part Maine Coon, very fluffy and long (and dumb but sweet!). We had a couple of tall wooden cabinets for storage that looked similar, so the one I linked matched pretty well and was cheap which is why we bought it.

My badass little trooper doesn't let anything bring him down.

It's been a few months since we lost Anubis. We finally found a new bearded dragon.
Meet Hades. He's 7 weeks old!

It's pretty rare to see my gang in one photo unless they are asleep, eating, or begging for food. So, here they are - Wilbur, Winnie & Lilly Rose IMAGE(https://i.imgur.com/9H8Vuwh.jpg)

Today would have been this sweet Fluffbutt's 14th birthday.

It's hard to believe he's been gone for 5 weeks now. It feels simultaneously like he was just here, and like he's been gone forever. I miss him so much than I can express.

Happy birthday, sweet Hige!

I'm not crying at all. Nope. Nosirree.

Seems like there should be a spaceship... but cool.
