Rebel Galaxy Outlaw - Privateering-All

You guys are killing me with new messages on this topic for a game I really want which has no release date!

I don't have any word on a release date, but I wanted to make Ken check the thread at least one more time

It doesn't help that their FAQ still has "early 2019" as the release.

It'll be worth the wait you guys. I guar-raun-tee it.

I’m cool with the new expanded soundtrack as long as they stick with the Outlaw Country tunes featured in the original for at least one station.

Can’t imagine playing the game any other way.

The Stinger is still there, as are several other stations now.

Veloxi, how did you get into the beta and can you smuggle us a copy?

Travis Baldree himself emailed me directly and asked me to help test the game, find bugs and so on.

It seems like he might just have a whole thread of bug-testers.

Remember when you unnecessarily apologized for the humblebrag a couple pages ago? It's time to revisit that.

But....I was answering a direct question. Sir.

At least he didn't squee, even in text that's unnerving.

Oh and I liked Privateer 2 as well.

Did I mention I’m a hardware & software Systems Engineer working in defense aerospace? More specifically, I work in the design, build, and test of simulators...

We need to talk flight and aerodynamics modeling.

I love/hate/love you guys.

Just a "taste" of one of the latest designs I have been working on...

That's a pretty high fidelity model! Is it coefficient based or are you solving the full Navier Stokes equations in real time? Based on the quality of the image, I'd say the latter.

I'm, uh... working on a new form of Abstract Asymmetric Aerodynamics (AAA - trademark pending). Basically, I've discovered childhood aerodynamic modeling yields reduced drag resulting in greater fuel efficiency and range.

...OK, FINE. I work with RF radio and computer systems for defense aerospace aircraft and simulators.

Ssssh! Don't tell Veloxi!

Should submit that one to Hallmark

Awesome you're bringing back the oblique wing designs!

I design, write, and test SW that runs on actual spacecraft.

Buncha nerds in here!

Which iPad match-3 game was it?

Did I mention that I helped test FATE for Travis?
Come to think of it, I also tested Mythos

Is that why it has a 52 on Metacritic?

J/K. I think it's pretty clear why they need our help.

I can neither confirm nor deny that information at this time. May I refer you to our Public Affairs office?

It's cool.

I don't know what this thread is turning into, but the Kilrathi gave me my own nickname in Privateer. It was their word for "Run away!"

Adorable little fuzzballs. So flammable.
