I believe Manta is.

I'm technically a chemist but of the physical/analytical variety. I assume your questions are about the mixing sh*t together variety and, if that's the case, I will probably not be helpful.

I have a PhD in chemistry. I might be able to help.

The phrase "I lurve you" is from Annie Hall, but I remember it from another movie. I think it was a woman's line, spoken in a silly exaggerated way. Does anyone know what movie I might be thinking of? It's driving me crazy.

Miss Congeniality? There's a scene similar to that, I think.

I do as well, if mudbunny couldn't help.

I assume an earlier movie than the scene in Spiderman: Homecoming?

That's it! See what old age does to you.

Thanks!

I'm not a chemist but I play one on the internet.

Be careful, folks. I don't think he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

Can someone point me to the "making friends in online play" song from the GWJ Conference Call long ago?

@carrotpanic are you referring to "I want to friend you up" from episode 149?

Yes, thanks!

I'm literally a walking pile of chemical reactions.

I think I once heard part of a My Chemical Romance song.

I have a chemical imbalance in my brain. My doctor prescribes meds for me that help correct this.

If I want to try to get into a Civilization game which should I start with? I have Civ 4 with all expansions, and I have the base game of Civ 6.

It's tough to recommend Civ 6 without the expansions, so if you don't want to spend money i'd go with Civ 4.

Goodjer friends, I am switching majors and hoping to find someone in the goodjer hivemind willing to answer some questions about my new field of study. I'm going from history to business administration with a focus on HR. Very specifically I want to get into conflict resolution and was hoping we had anyone who could help. Thanks friends.

What do you call that spinning machine on the left? It's some kind of mill or lathe but I can't remember the exact designation.

Is there a word in English, or perhaps another language, that means the opposite of regret?

hmm... affirmation?

Dictionary.com says impenitent, which to me is not really the same thing but I guess it depends on the type of regret.

Regret as in the verb ("I regret doing that") or as in the noun ("I have regrets", "he was filled with regret")?

Satisfaction, maybe?

Satisfaction? Either that, or something in German... they have great words for nuanced feelings. Schadenfreude!!

To me it depends on the action, if it's something a normal person would regret, I'd go with remorselessness or maybe indifference. Otherwise, I'll second satisfaction.
