Questions you want answered.

Just roll with it.
Robear will get back on his feet. Probably just needs a little more fiber in his diet.
Or perhaps a cat will see him through. A little known fact is CATs are social animals and somewhat adept at networking. I'd rate them a 5 or 6 out of 10/100.

Gigabitty.

Hey... My packet size is a *quite normal* 1500 bytes. Not including the, uh, header...

Ethernet penis.

Am I doing it right?

Here’s a question I want answered: are you all done giggling like a bunch of kindergarten boys?

Tried to FTFY... turns out no qualifier is necessary.

What kind of kindergarten girls have you been around that they don't also giggle at silly body stuff?

Penis is easily one of the best words that these forums don't censor.

Yeah if I said ethernet penis around my kindergarten daughter pretty sure she'd repeat that giggling til the cows came home.

Can verify - for the last year, my 5 year-old daughter will run into the room and wiggle her butt at you while singing "My booty butt, my booty butt, my booty butt butt", then laugh like a drain.

I am I think with Eleima in that the joke has run its course many posts ago. That said, as a father of a 7 and 9 year old girl - there is nothing that makes them laugh more than bathroom humor(to my great chagrin). Anecdotes and all that, but I think private parts are just universally funny, unless you are Mike Pence.

I am also laughing at this.

Oh, totally. I just object to the gender essentialism.

The kind that is being crushed by society’s higher expectations for them to be well mannered.

The patriarchy ruins everything.

Relevant to this thread topic, asking "what is the patriarchy?" in response to pretty much any Jeopardy answer is entertaining. For example:

(kinda close on this one!)

Did anyone watch the (recently cancelled) show Counterpart on Starz and if so, is it worth still worth watching or did season 2 end in a cliffhanger or left much of the story unresolved?

I think it's very much worth watching, even ending as it does with largely unfinished plots.

Counterpart was cancelled?! Crap!

Oh well, that was the only reason I subscribed to Starz. Buh bye Starz.

Why do you catch "a" cold, but you get "the" flu? Is it because the flu is so much worse, it helps to personify it as a singular villain?

Because the flu is caused by the influenza virus, but there are many different causes for a cold. Not even getting into how often people misdiagnose their flu-like illness as being the flu.

We used to refer to a lot more diseases in that way. You'll see reference in historical sources to things like "the cholera" and "the tuberculosis" and "the cancer". Over time, "the" has fallen off in favor of referring to those diseases more directly. I can only think of two instances were most English speakers still use "the": the flu, and the plague.

Is the original Uncharted game (which I'm playing for the first time) about a suicidal man searching for the right ledge to idly stroll off of with no warning? I mean, the treasure hunt stuff is all background noise to this sad, clumsy man, right?

Hey, uh, is anyone here a decent graphic artist?

If so, do you think you're capable of designing a soccer badge and a uniform?

If so, drop me a line.

I feel like most people who played Black Ops could do this in about 30 minutes

So my Playstation Plus subscription expired today (I had to change debit cards), but I discovered that I still can access my Netflix and Hulu accounts.

Given that I have played games online on my PS4 somewhere between "maybe six times" and "never," there's really no reason for me to have a Playstation Plus subscription, is there?

The ‘free’ games?

Was PS+ ever necessary to access Netflix and Hulu? I've never had PS+, but never have had any problem logging onto Netflix through my PS4.
