What are you playing this weekend?

Red Dead 2 Online and main story, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, as much as my 6-day old baby allows (he's been pretty generous so far, we completed a few Red Dead Online missions with bottles between 530 and 630 this morning).

Congrats! I have been there before

Back in town after 5.5 months deployment.
Probably re-install Warframe.
Some Stardew Valley.
I should start a game and finish it as well. To work away that pile o'shame.
-edit-
Probably also play Beholder and finish it so I can start Beholder 2
And on the verge buying and playing Artifact

For the clubs, I reckon half hour and I'll be done with my new game+ of...

Then I'll be firing up...

Spoiler:

Oxenfree
Darksiders
Battle Brothers

Mostly Beat Saber.

This is not my video, but it is my current inspiration.

I can actually make it to the end of that level but with several missed notes! For something a little more relaxing and with less chance of breaking furniture, I've been firing up Slay the Spire from time to time.

I have not tried VR, I know nothing of VR and what's available, but that looks brilliant. I don't think I could cope with that particular track over and over, but yeah I'd love to give that a go.

Think of a song and there's a good chance someone has made a Beat Saber map for it. The quality sure varies, but there are sites that give user ratings so it's community curated. The stock levels that come with the game are very enjoyable anyway. The fact my £350 Oculus Rift is now just called the 'Lightsaber machine' says a lot for Beat Sabers popularity in my house! The kids are just playing 'The Greatest Show' on easy mode and they love it

Going to try to finish Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs this weekend..

so I can focus on Banjo Tooie..

(with the delightful Pyxi, even though she let me die in molten hot lava last time )

And of course... Guild Wars 2.

My gaming time may be limited this weekend, but I'm going to try to finish Hollow Knight, if I can, and push ahead in Dragon Quest XI.

Witcher 2, Wreckfest, Bulletstorm and Onrush, should be a fun filled weekend.

This weekend I will be playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and - realistically - nothing else.

If Smash gets deleted from my Switch in a freak accident then I guess I'll continue playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 while Smash re-downloads.

I will be putting a chunk of time into Mutant Year Zero this weekend.

I need to research cloning.

SMASH!

Stellaris Megacorp, Assassin's Creed: Unity, and some good ol' WoW. Some BATTLETECH and Surviving Mars if I can squeeze out some extra time.

I kinda want to start Assassin's Creed II (PC), and I want to move forward in Dragon Quest VII (3DS). I also plan to experiment with the Steamlink app on my Raspberry Pi.

I've started to get back into Nioh after bouncing off it earlier this year. Having a much better time with it now that I have a bit more free time and headspace.

I'll also probably press on with Dragon Quest XI.

More Hollow Knight for me.

Lots and lots of Smash Bros. Some by myself, some with old smashing college buddies. But there's nothing else I want to play this weekend.

Eternal Darkness and a bit of Still Life so far. Looking to get further in Rogue Squadron II as well.

Might sub in Tacoma depending on how things go.

Ooh do you have a thread or somewhere you're talking about it? Love that game so much and always enjoy hearing other's thoughts.

Anyone else play Gorogoa? I just finished it on Android. I would highly recommend it if you like puzzle games. Super clever use of perspective and some other simple mechanics makes for a really interesting, enjoyable game. It's probably a 2 hour play through and totally worth the $4.99 asking price.

Hitman 2

Wizard of Legends

Into the Breach

Red Dead Redemption 2

Been playing a bit of Skyrim and Stardew Valley on the Switch! Also a few phone games. Since I really need portability right now, these are great!

I played it earlier this year and thought it was delightful. It’s definitely going on my GOTY list!

Just picked it up with some spare Play store credit, I'll check it out soon!

No thread. I played most of the way through it around 2002 before getting sidelined. I was very impressed at the time. Have been meaning to get back to it for years, and now that I finally did, I couldn't find the memory card with my save from back then. So I started over again and am halfway through the first playthrough. It is well suited for one or two missions between my toddler going to bed and me going to sleep. I remember being more impressed by the sanity effects back in the day. It's probably because back then they were new to me, and at least one doesn't work on a modern TV (because the interface looks decidedly different than in 2002). Also, it relies on the "running towards the camera" camera angle that makes it very hard to see anything, a bit too much.
I'm still enjoying it and the story though, and am about to get to

Spoiler:

the pillar of flesh,

which grossed me out something major 16 years ago.

I was quite taken by it a few weeks ago
