I predict this will be the quietest Super Bowl thread in GWJ history.

Wonder how that will correlate with ratings?

This cold I have has turned my brain so mushy I can't watch anything more complex than the Super Bowl, so I'm still in.

We’re probably talking about the two most hated fanbases in modern sports so meh.

The moment everyone is waiting for - the annual Joe Montana Football results are in! (me and my mates have played a game of Joe Montana football on the Mega Drive before each superbowl for at least 5 years or so now)

Puppy bowl?

The kitten bowl was pretty fun to watch. Definiteyl better quality content than the real SB. Probably.

P!nk looks more ill than I do.

I'm in. Just finishing up my chili.

I've never hated on the Eagles, even though it is fun to make fun of their obnoxious fan base sometimes. But they've had a lot of coaches and players I've really liked over the years. I go back to Harold Carmichael and Wilbert Montgomery. I really liked Ron Jaworski when he was on the early years NFL Match-up show on ESPN.

This year, I'm rooting for Doug Pederson, whop was last the Chiefs OC, and Nick Foles, who showed wit the Chiefs that he was the perfect back-up.

Hell, I think Foles games when Alex Smith was out was part of what drove the drafting of Pat Mahomes. It's not like Foles was a superstar with a giant arm, but it was pretty clear his deep ball was so much better than Smith's, that it really changed the offense in a good way. We saw some glimpses of that this season from smith, but we also saw plenty of balls that Tyreek Hill has to slow down for.

So I have an easy time rooting for the Eagles to day. Besides, Bellichick and the Pats are really impossible to root for, and so easy to hate. I wish Gronk could get to another team, because he's the only player I want to root for.

I’ve got nothing against the Eagles. I just don’t like the the battery throwers.

Or Boston.

Even though the game began, I'm predicting Eagles 31, Pats 21.

That ball sure hung in the air for a while.

Solo didn't look half bad.

Maybe I need to double those scores...

Is that actually gonna come out? Seemed in worse shape than Rogue One did, but Hollywood is nada but a rumor mill.

A new, Netflix Cloverfield movie?

Brady almost ruined the Rice/Favre receptions after 40 stat, but he dropped it.

Chances they'll try again?

So much of the typical Patriots stuff isn't going their way this game. Should be interesting moving forward.

Tide (with David Harbour's help) are winning the commercials so far.

Trick plays look so lame and sad when they don’t work.

Al Michaels called Mike Trout a "California Angel".

Damn right Al.

FTFY.

In-laws are over and we have the sound off but I'm so happy Chief Hopper's getting work.

He's also been killing it on Twitter lately, doing stuff for fans that get over 100k retweets.

Oh, a minimalist ad.

Damn, INT.

It's amazing how the Eagles OL is getting to the second level.

And now they're using MLK to sell pick-up trucks. This'll be fun to watch on social.

Arm tackling in the Super Bowl...

Hopefully the Iggles will practice tackling at the half.

Drive kept alive by a terrible defensive holding call. This is why people think things are fishy when it comes to the Patriots

Nick Foles' passes look like the feather blowing in the wind in Forest Gump.
