What are you playing this weekend?

I need to catch up on my Telltale backlog:

and of course...

So much Destiny 2 gave me a hankerin' for some World of Warcraft, so I made the mistake of giving Blizzard $16 this month. The good news is the latest patch has added a whole boatload of catch-up mechanics to Legion. I kind of wish I had played every other expansion this way. I'm not a huge fan of grinding, and with the catch-up stuff in place I can feel like I'm actually making progress each time I play.

Divinity 2 Lets go down to Fort Joy where nobody knows your name.

I really want to dive back in, but the thought of all that mind-numbing grinding to get to max level, then more grind for the appropriate ilvl really put me off. How much of a catchup mechanic are we talkin' about? I'd be very tempted to jump back in if time from 100-110 was roughly cut in half.

I'm attending a gastroenterology convention and attending a meeting about chronic constipation.

Yup...livin' the dream...

Hopefully the people there get their sh*t together.

The Switch launch of Stardew got me in the mood to dust off my PC copy.

Man I forgot what a charmer this game is.

Mentioned it elsewhere, but between this and Beck's upbeat & optimistic new album Colors, I'm riding a much-needed wave of lighthearted energy.

Stardew on Switch is all I'm playing.

I need to learn a frame other than Limbo, even though I really really like Limbo more than any other frame.

jasonfindy’s recommebdation from last week was good...and I’m hooked.

Spoiler:

Culdcept Revolt.

And various iOS titles and some writing. I can’t decide on a programming language for my next game, so I’ve shelved it for the time being.

It's going pretty fast for me, but everyone has their own idea of what speed is appropriate.

I started my level 100 Alliance Mage today and got to 103 with some quests and some legion invasion world quests. You have to have one character at 110 with world quests unlocked, then the legion invasions are unlocked for all your characters. Also, Arcane Knowledge is now the same on all your characters, so it is super fast to level up your artifact.

Other than that, as I said, I feel now like I can log in, play a few hours, and actually accomplish something. I'm still working on order quests and reputation and the like, and the progress has been pretty satisfying for me.

What is still seeming to take quite a while is the Legion flying stuff. Only has to be done on one character, but it's a lot of stuff if you haven't been playing the whole time.

That sounds really great. I levelled a shadow priest to 110 and loved the whole thing (only complaint would be time), so I'm tempted to get back in for some resto druid healing...But was really not willing to put the time in to level them up to 110 as well.

If you already have a 110, get flying, that increase lvl speed a lot.

Levelling was the most fun I had in WoW. Once I hit max level I always used to burn out pretty quickly.

I should probably get back to this at some point:

Pretty much the same as last week.

Hopefully smashing into the ground with this beauty.

I don't know what I'll be playing this weekend because I have so many titles I want to get around to. I've been pretty hooked on Road Redemption though, which is out of early access. If you like the idea of a modern Road Rash game that plays well, I'd definitely recommend it.

I'll probably check out Madden 18 at some point too. I've been looking into a lot of game accessibility for a while now, and within the past week or so, EA has added some accessibility settings that use controller vibrations to make the core game accessible to blind players. I have to check that out.

Otherwise, I've been on a classic FPS mood for a while, so probably some 90's FPS at some point.

I'm also still on the look-out for a SNES Classic, but am not having much luck. If anyone pre-ordered an extra one or finds one in the wild, I'd gladly PayPal you for it, plus a little for shipping.

Starting chapter 2 of:

Plowing more time into:

And trying to fit a few matches in of:

Spoiler:

Shadows of War
Grim Dawn (with expansion)
Heroes of the storm

Probably the same as last week (Final Fantasy X HD & Resident Evil HD remaster) but swapping out Layers of Fear for Silent Hill 3. Let Spooktober continue :3

I'm back on the stardew valley kick too. Got both my kids playing their own farms too.

I just love this game, It's a nice change from the intense and violent games usually play.

Also playing Hearthstone, HoTS and a bit of Guild of Dungeoneering

I broke my own rule of only playing one game at a time and combined The Witcher 3 with Pang Adventures. I spent hundreds of hours playing the Pang arcade and the Snes version with my sister ages ago, so it was great to recapture some of that, even though I was playing by myself. An undying classic!

It's a live, die, repeat weekend for me. BF1 and HZD will get most of my time but The Division might get a look.

I have done very little gaming in the past month. But this weekend did include a few hours in:

IMAGE(http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/359320/header.jpg)

In Torchlight, I've gotten a character up to level 20 and down to dungeon level 25 for the first time ever! And in Elite, I've been messing about in spaceships.

Spur of the moment purchase of Bottom of the 9th yesterday (or was it friday?). I've been playing the Manager's Challenge at the different difficulty levels. Lots of randomness involved, but still fun. I think this game has caused me to swear more than any other recently (even Cuphead).

Played a few tables of Pinball FX 3 and the first mission of Delta Force (it has probably been 18 years since I booted this one up!).

Picked up Cat Quest iOS in anticipation for an upcoming trip.

It's really cute!

It'll be purrfect for your trip. I'm finding it to be a clawsome procatstination game!

I've been playing a lot of RimWorld lately. I love yet hate this game. Get a good little settlement going, get a surplus of food and rations that I want to sell, so I trek off as a caravan... only to get murdered by a roaming band of evil-doers that had machine guns.

I still had swords and bows. Restart the game

That's Thursday almost done in this part of the world (and that means it's fish fingers for tea), we just have to make it through Friday, folks!

I will kill orcs in Middle Earth: Shadow of War
I will kill orcs in Total War: Warhammer 2

Where will you kill orcs?

Where will you kill orcs?

Will you kill them in a box?
Will you kill them with a fox?

Gonna keep trying to get further and finish DOOM.

But South Park: The Fractured But Whole is probably gonna take most of my gaming time this weekend.
