I know it's not the same Gramatica but, come on, I can't not post this.

See that's how Flacco works. He's an elite leech. He siphons off elite power from elite players around him. When the team had Ray Ray and Ngata and the like, there was so much elite juice flowing in the locker room, he filled up his tank and they won the Super Bowl.

These days, he's just been sustaining on what he could soak up from Yanda, and with Yanda off the field, there's no more elite juice to tap into! Even the drips he could get from Juszczyk are gone!

That reminds me...

Juszczyk Check (for weeks 3 & 4, which I forgot to do): 1 rush, 8 yds; 4 rec, 49 yds

Season total: 2 rush, 8 yds; 6 rec, 66 yds

San Fransisco 49ers: Ranked 10th overall in Rushing Yards Per Attempt at 4.4 yds/a. 23rd overall in attempts. 19th overall in rushing yards.

Spoiler:

For 2016 they also had 4.4 yds/a. 5th overall in attempts. 4th overall in rushing yards.

To be fair, the 49ers haven't exactly had reason to rush since they suck. Then again, so did the 2016 Niners.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Part of the reason rushing attempts are down is because Carlos Hyde is playing through a hip injury.

That and Hoyer runs a lot less than Kaepernick or even Gabbert.

To be fair, the 49ers haven't exactly had reason to rush since they suck.

Hey now. The last 3 49ers losses were by a combined 8 points. They have been competitive in winnable games. I mean yes they do suck, but they are more like getting an "F" from a 58% score than getting an F from a 15% score.

Ian Rapoport on Twitter says the Bucs are arranging kicker workouts. No names given yet...

Florida State kicker Ricky Aguayo was just named ACC Special Teams Player of the Week.

That's how they get you to draft them in the second round.

Failing that, PM me your picks and I will put them in.

So I wonder what game we're going on Fox at 4 p.m. today?

* looks at schedule; sees that the late games are SEA-LARams, Bal-Oak and GB-Dal *

* checks 506 sports *

* notes red is GB-Dal *

huh ...

(yes, this is the late Fox map. I gotta believe that the other two games will be on TV somewhere. But still, wow. All of America gets to watch America's team vs. the Cowboys.)

Sickening

Fox has 1 late game, so it's basically national.

CBS has 2 late games, but for whatever reason, they're not willing to do 2 football games today for anyone(except for LA because the Chargers and Rams are playing), and just have 1 game for any given affiliate. After Jags Steelers for Chicagoland, it's... bullriding?

Niners-Colts 6-6 at half.
Jags-Steelers 7-6 at half.

Watching two games to get one game's worth of scoring.

Jets-Browns seems like it should be a relegation game.

Njoku just had a great one hands TD catch food Cleveland. Kevin Hogan in at QB and looks way better than Kizer.

Fightin Texas Aggie Myles Garrett gets a sack on his first NFL snap!

Hopefully Fightin' Texas Aggie Shane Lechler won't have much to do tonight.

Jags pick-six Roethlisberger TWICE.

Who's the Bortles now??

Jags are literally running every single play.

12 play drive, 12 runs. Even on 3rd and 12.

No reason to have Bortles throw with a lead!

Of course, the week I have to start Bortles because of a bye is the week with no garbage time.

Juszczyk check that, garion!

Rathman 2.0 on the shovel pass TD, keeping this a game.

Jags picked off Roethlisberger for a 4th time.

Jags defense is legit.

Bortles has 95 yards passing, 8-of-14.

I would love this so much for both football and basketball. Make it to the CFP or Final Four and you play in the pros next year. Cellar-dwellar? You drop to D1.

Of course it'd require paying the "college" kids and we cannot allow such commie thinking in the world of amateurism, where the money is only for the middle age coaches and administrators.

Never falling for that again!

Panthers!

I'm not sure I should be excited about Carolina nearly blowing a 17-pt lead against the Lions, but 4-1 so.

1995 expansion team winning records high-five!

Niners lose in OT again.
