2017 Eliminator / Survivor Picks

We're back!

Pick one winner for each week, but you can't pick any team twice during the season.

This should be your link to join

Also can manually find the group, named GWJ
ID: 18566
Pass: goodjer

If you were in last year you should have got an e-mail to rejoin. Or when you go to create an entry it will have a button to rejoin the GWJ group.

If you want to pick a Thurs night winner, you only have a couple days, but you can make a Sunday pick right up until games start.

As we did last year, we'll have two winners. One who goes the longest without missing a week. The second for the most correct picks overall. So once you miss a week, don't give up on the game, and keep playing.

Good luck everyone!

Pick is in! Going against the Browns as much as I can!

Always a solid strategy

Do they play the Jets this year?

Yeah, I'd pick the Jets not the Browns to bet against. Browns should have a good defense at least. The Jets have...McCown and Hackenberg.

That's why I picked the Bills. I don't know who their QB is, I believe they traded their top WR and had their second best retire, but they've GOT to be better than the J E T S Jets Jets Jets.

And by two winners, you really mean me winning twice like last year ;).

Kush is in!

Well obviously when half the people forget to pick after week 3 or so yeah.

Maybe we could get a real prize for greater participation.

I just picked all 17 weeks.

Same

Don't forget picks if you want a team in tonight's game.

Otherwise you have until Sunday

So who is still alive? Didn't look this week

Unless I'm mistaken, everyone survived.

You're correct. Is that a first?

I thought I saw a loss on there the other day. If you leave the group does it take your name off the list?

Green. Super green.

Looks like we lost two people this past week: Jayhawker and Karma. Jay forgot to pick and Karma picked the Pack. Green Bay over Atlanta is about as risky a pick as you could've made, so losing on that one definitely lives up to the "Karma's Random Picks" name.

I forgot to pick also so had to pick Sunday night! For some reason I thought I had pre picked half the year but was wrong!

So, do I want to pick against the Browns or the Colts this week? Why does it seem like this week there are no bad teams playing at good teams?

Woohoo, better than last year!

There are plenty of good teams playing at bad teams. Steelers v Bears, Packers v Bengals, Dolphins v Jets all look promising.

Are the Dolphins a good team, or are they just a good team because they're playing the Jets?

Yes.

The Bears are horribad atm. How can you not take the Steelers against them?

I picked PITT week one against the Browns.

So, besides me, who's still alive?

Looks like Stele, cube, BEPNewt, UpTo, iaintgotnopants and Torq.

I got knocked out by the Dolphins losing to the Jets.

I got hit with the Bears winning over the Steelers.

Thank you GB for keeping me alive early this week!

I made all my picks before the season began, and I don't even remember them.
I'm worried if I make changes now that we know how good/bad some of the teams are that it will suddenly end the winning ways.

And yet I'm last on the pickem. I need to figure out what this super power is and how to exploit it.
