GWJ 360ers: trueachievements.com!

As I sat for ten minutes last night making my character in Shadow Complex run in a loop so that I could unlock an achievement for running for 10 km, I remembered why I stopped chasing cheevs.

I love it.

See, there's your mistake, right there.

I thought about it, but I had to hold X and push left or right on the stick. I couldn't figure out how to rig that.

Where there's a will, there's a cheev... (welcome back to the dark side)

I got 100% on the Xbox 360 version of that game but they added some to the Xbox One version that sound like a pain in the butt to get.

Same. The only ones that look like they'd be all that difficult are the speed-running ones, but they don't seem too unreasonable. You can probably stack the minimal pick-ups ones, but you're still looking at playing the game three to five times through.

Yeah, they're on my list with the Ori one-life run as a someday dreamer kind of achievement.

Don't try and get all the achievements. Rather, try and get the right amount of achievements.

For instance, I notice your GS could potentially be a 2---2 palindrome (if that's your sort of thing).

The running one is definitely new on the Xbone. Looks like you can do it in one room with the rolling boss, though.

I would probably use the mine shaft at the bottom of the map for that one.

The room with the rolling boss is easier than the mine shaft because you don't need to stop and restart your run. Just run continuously for a few minutes. (There's also a good spot near there for grinding out the 200 turret kills.)

I bought FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage during the Steam sale, and it needs GFWL to run. On the one hand, I love that the process went smoothly despite ample opportunities to fail—finding the installer online, having it run in Win 10, signing in to my Live account, registering the game. On the other hand, it unlocked cheevs on my Xbox account. Beautiful harmony, disrupted. Damn good game though.

I didn't realize that GDAWFL was still online.

And I've never had an easier time using it than today, not when I was using Win 8.1 or XP.

One of the reasons I love new gen re-releases:

If I can do it once I can usually do it again (just masochistic enough to do it again for everything).

For people that have completed Titanfall 2. What are the best tips for playing through the game on Master difficulty and for getting my time in the top 3 at the start of the game?

Master wasn't all that bad, I didn't think. There were a couple of tough boss fights, but perseverance and all that got me through.

For the top 3 cheev - practice. I probably put about 4 hours into that run, doing it over and over until I got it perfect. Start by just doing the run, not worrying about the time. Once you are comfortable with that, start adding in the grenades and shotgun(i only used the shotty). Don't restart, keep playing through each time to get better.

It is a tough one, for sure.

For those who were unaware, Wordament Snap Attack's servers are closing this Friday.

If you still need the cheev for 2,500,000 cumulative points, I wrote a solver that works with the Windows version, a few Androids running in emulators (Galaxy Note Edge and Nexus 4), and Windows Phone running in Project My Screen App. Took my average from 1-2K per game up to 11-14K, and saved me probably 20 hours of grinding.

Popping that achievement in one system should pop on all the others after a single game, though if you haven't started the iOS or Android versions, don't, because they're a bit buggy for some users. Not to mention you can no longer download the game on any system except Windows, which requires a direct store link and for you to have "bought" the free game months ago.

Arise ye thread! I need to play with just one more unique player for an achievement in Dead Rising 3. Any of you still have that? I think is on gamepass. You would need the Super Mega DLC.

I could help -- the only question would be when.

(Own the game digitially; have all the DLC, including the Super Mega DLC. Didn't ever get around to finishing it, actually.)

Luckily got the cheev last night:) I think we actually played together already so you DID help, bless you.

Anyone want to partner up with me while Conan is free? Supposedly it can be completed in an hour or so.

It is entirely possible that I have my daughters and their friends downstairs playing Just Dance for cheevs.

Of their own free will, to be clear, but still. Cheevs.

If there's one downside to bring childfree, this is it.

I happily let my daughter grind levels for me in Dragon Quest when she wanted to fight some monsters.

My security settings must be off, because TA doesn't properly scan me anymore. I want credit for the 10.69 TA ratio cheev I got last night, damn it!

It begins!

Much shorter than I remember it being.

Beat my Rumble In The Jungle (Extreme) personal best (~62K) by almost 20K on the third try.

The combat definitely got soooo much better in City and beyond.
