Between GB-Houston and Chicago-SF I hate the new Vikings stadium more with every snap. Way to get rid of your home field advantage, guys, it's not like warmer-weather teams coming into snow would be at a disadvantage or anything.

Good news for Houston fans--snow doesn't seem to really impact Osweiler all that much. He's just about as crappy as normal, regardless of weather.

Don't look now, but he's thrown for a TD in this snowstorm! If anyone can tune in, football in a blizzard is a lot of fun to watch!

Chicago-SF is even more fun, because the teams are crappier and the game is basically slapstick comedy at this point.

Edit: Speaking of comedy, Blaine Gabbert in at QB.

I don't have that game. Alas.

TWO Osweiller touchdown passes in the snow, Dan!

Kansas City wins on a defensive 2 point conversion, following Atlanta's lead-taking TD. Wow.

Wide right from 31.

Truly pathetic.

As the day goes on, it's starting to look more and more like the Raiders are coming to the home if the FIRST PLACE Chiefs next Thursday. The game will be for first place regardless, though.

Can't wait!

Patriots, Chiefs, Raiders and Broncos. Class of the AFC. What do they have in common?

Absolutely nothing.

Spoiler:

Stud pass rushers don't hurt.

Plans are afoot. I think I'm gonna half to make the treck to KC for that Thursday night game

You mean the awesome Battle for the AFC West game is going to be Thursday night? Ugh.

Yeah, that does suck. But primetime games at Arrowhead are a blast. I think an ugly game in Arrowhead plays to the Chiefs advantage, too.

Finally, a Thursday night game worth watching.

The last two Chiefs games have been batsh*t crazy. Hell, they've had a lot craziness with turnovers, comebacks, a bizarre events. The fake punt for a TD today was freaking awesome.

They line-up to go for it on 4th and 1 from their own 45. Atlanta calls time out, so Reid decides to punt... NOT!

Bucs win, besting their win total from last year. If they can manage to go 1-3 in their last four, it will be their first non-losing season since 2010.

Even with Aguyao.

I thought this past Thursday's game was with watching.

Then they played the game.

FO rates Tampa as having played the fourth-hardest schedule in the league, and now, with four straight wins over Chicago, KC, Seattle, and SD, I have to admit I just might be believing in this team a little bit.

During the game, Doug Martin went out, and WRs #2 and #3 went out, alonng with their best blocking TE, and still got the win.

NBC guys were just debating Tampa or Atlanta for the division. They all eventually went with Atlanta, but had a lot of praise for the Bucs.

MMD, they are also tied for 1st in the division.

In December.

In other news, the Cowboys are the first team to clinch a playoff berth, and can clinch the NFC East with a win at New York next week.

Tampa played a solid game at Arrowhead, and avoided giving the game away to a defense that has exploited many offenses this season. I had an offer to go to that game, but passed it up because I'd been been sick. I wanted to see Winston play, and he was damn good in the game.

Well... Riverboat Ron gambling away his first possession.

Great. I guess my weekly queue on the DVR's going to have to wait until Friday.

Which Seattle team is the real Seattle team? The team that looked terrible last week in a loss, or the Team that is destroying Carolina right now? Can they play outside of Seattle and win?

So apparently that was due to Cam violating the team dress code...

...and what constitutes a dress code violation from Cam? Is Rivera trying to get fired?

I seem to remember them beating New England in New England. The recipe for beating Seattle is exactly the same as it's been since they decided to ignore the OL and go with undrafted FA and converted d-linemen instead of paying anyone -- don't give Wilson enough time to do anything.

Earl Thomas out for the rest of the season? Contemplating retirement?!

Hope he's OK.

So yeah, what I said about SEA-CAR always being close... not so much.

With Earl Thomas out for the year and possibly longer (I've seen reports that two surgeries may be necessary), that's the most depressed I've ever been about blowing out a team that knocked us out of the playoffs.

No way that dude is walking away from a HoF career because of a cracked tibia. Someone just forgot to take away his phone while he was getting treatment.

from the right hash.

I was honestly worried that the surging Phins would dominate my inconsistent Ravens. It looks like, aside from Byron Maxwell, the entire defense decided to take the week off.
