Star Wars black series 6 figures are out. I like IG88 but don't think I'll bite on it.
I'm done with SW black until the first order or Rebels stuff comes out. Although i did get the new clone trooper. And I hear that one of the new waved before Ep7 stuff will be goof but I can't remember what they were...

Just got some transformers. Arcee and Chromia.
I don't really like Chromia bike mode but the robot mode is nice. I only got it because it was part of a two pack with Arcee.
I like Arcee but she is on the small side. She isn't in scale with Chromia or any of my other transformers but I guess that is normal for transformers.
Some new hot toys that will only cost you a arm, leg, and your immortal soul.

Depends if that special backdrop 'illuminates' or can be backlit so that it looks like the grey pattern in the images to the left (like the inside of the DeathStar detention areas).

In the case of Amiibos I would say it is Nintendos fault. It seems like they are intentionally making low runs to create this demand. That happens a lot in the toy collecting world. A lot of items such as figma and figuarts only make a certain amount above pre-orders so they don't have much money held in stock. this means second hand prices go up immediately.
I've been debating the Hot Toys Darth and Obi Wan... anyone have them or can comment on the quality? The Sideshow Darth (1/6th) seems to have more detail than the Hot Toys (and better price)... thoughts?

Nice, I like the samurai design of star wars stuff. I wonder if they will do non armor figures like of Leia or Luke.
Bought Marvel Legends Misty Knight and Diamond Select Black Widow. Misty Knight has messed up eyes and Black Widow is kind of pale but other than those two things I like them. Oh wait Black Widow's gun doesn't fit in her holster. I think there is suppose to be a hole in the bottom that allows the gun to slide in.
Those eyes! I would never be able to get past that. Can you repaint them? Is that even a thing?
I don't know why but they totally made me think of the She Ra action figures I loved as a kid. I think it's because the body types were similar and the jointing was done the same way too.
I think I could redo the eyes. I doubt I could make them much worse.
This guy has done the fix and it looks easy enough.
The only thing that gives me pause is that from a distance you can't really notice how bad the eyes are.
