With Draenor upon us I thought we might be able to help each other out with some profession-related shenanigans.
Drop a line in this thread with your profession if you're rank 600+ and might want to offer up some crafted goods to guildies. I know we're all still going through the early days of grind, and the good stuff is a little rare on the ground, but right now those sweet sweet warcrafted items look pretty great.
Character - Profession - Offer
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Hackworth - Engineer - Guns. Lots of Guns. Also pets.
I essentially have all the profs covered on all my characters but I haven't leveled any of them yet past early 600s.
Selika: Blacksmithing, Leatherworking (Maylinda also LW but doesn't have all the recipes Sel does)
Ellaia: Jewelcrafting
Sylanni: Engineering
Loredana: Inscription
Tiralli: Alchemy
Ziyal: Enchanting
Kelika: Tailoring
If you check the guild professions list in the guild tab and I can make something you need feel free to hit me up.
I don't know how much looking folks have done at the mat requirements, but they're pretty insane. To take an example from tailoring(640 ilvl cloaks), you need 100 Hexweave. There are two ways of getting this mat; from a daily cooldown(4+ at a time) and from work orders at the tailor(1-2 per work order from what I've seen). The same goes for the other main crafting professions from what I've seen, with Alchemy and Enchanting being outliers; I believe that Inscription is as well.
The other main holdup is actually getting the recipes; they require a daily cooldown material(secrets of draenor X) to purchase, and the majority of the recipes available take 5 days worth of cooldowns each.
I can make tents.
Which is delightful.
Dysplasia, my main, is serious about Enchanting and Tailoring. Moving towards 700 on both, and getting recipes as quickly as possible. I can already do most of the crit enchants, and the 30 slot bags. Right now the main obstacle is mats, since they're really expensive and not worth putting on transition gear. I'm collecting go mats as quickly as possible though and am happy to help enchant raid tanks and healers.
The mats are annoying. I just made an axe, I630, took 100 truesteel ingots (BoP, of course). Now I need to gather 150 more ingots for the next upgrade, and 200 more ingots for the last upgrade, plus some other items (a lot of fire and earth, mostly). So, in another month I'll be able to start generating materials to stockpile so I can think about making armor items, which will need upgrades also. And did I mention two of my alts are also plate wearers? Gonna be another year before I can start making gear for the alts and guild.

This is the point I was trying to make up front; gearing off a profession building is a serious investment in time. However, what's nice about the profession buildings is that even without the profession you can craft epic gear, although you can't upgrade it like you can with the profession.
I have enchanting as of a few days ago.
I've been doing my daily research, and so far I've been focusing on the haste enchants. I just about have them all, so if you need something I can get your requested enchant next.
I am available for alchemy! I currently have the strength and int 250 flasks available, as well as Health, Mana, Rage, and burst stat potions.
Engineer here. Only about 640 at this point. I'd volunteer to make you all guns and stuff, but my hunter needs a gun (and a scope), my hat needs an upgrade (see the mats on that? ooof) and I must have those new pets.
(I've also got the BS hut, but I don't think I'll have the mats for anything for me until well into December.)
That said, I'm awash in Sumptuous Fur, and my tailor is far down the list of alts I'm going to level.
I've also got rocks, herbs and food (mostly fish) to share.
My hunter is working on enchanting, so I've got some basic enchants and/or some mats.
Holler in game if you want some of my extra stuff. Happy to contribute.
Can any inscribers make the Darkmoon cards for the trinket? How hard is it/what mats are needed? I'm very curious about it.
I just saw that the Blacksmithing mace is AGI and sexy as hell. Guess I need to get Reap going now.
Trashidawa: Blacksmithing - pretty much anything you want.
Dorjeshugden: Gemcrafter - will take orders
Tashidawa: Enchanting - will take orders
I've been making an selling cards.
They take 10 warpaints, which is the daily cooldowncraft, and the work order.
Each work order takes five or ten herbs, forget the cost and yield for the cooldown.
The price ranges are rather large on the AH.
If you are raiding and need an iLvl 630 weapon/shield, or i640 plate armor piece, I have the materials to make one stockpiled and surplus - yes, free for the asking. The upgrades to take it to level 2 or 3, those I won't be able to supply for a long time, the Savage Blood is the bottleneck there.

I'm looking for the visions deck cards.
I currently need:Ace
Two
ThreeFourFiveSixSevenEight
I'll pay AH market price for them, and save you from having to pay the AH cut for a sale.
If anyone has any, let me know
Naturally I got an Eight of Visions today.

I may hit you up for the mace when I have enough Bloods to give you. Weapons are generally a solid investment from my perspective.
Trashi, do you have 640 necks? Mine's just 630 and it feels so two weeks ago. :)
I do indeed (if you mean I can make them). However Dorj, my jewelcrafter alt isn't rolling around on a big stockpile of mats to crank em out en masse.
What flavor do you need?
It looks like I'm looking for the Glowing Taladite Pendant (str/stam). I've got some Taladite crystals knocking around (abt 20 atm). Is there anything I can offer in trade?
I can pull that off. Unfortunately Taladite crystals are soulbound.
My raid main is pretty well maxed out on crafted gear. I just found this out last night when I blew a week's worth of truesteel ingots on new plate legs last night because I didn't know you can only equip 3 crafted plate items. Cautionary tale....

You can only equip 3 Warlords of Draenor crafted items. For example, I have an axe, necklace and cloak. I can't make and equip plate legs now. Or make a ring and equip it too, etc. Mix and match as you need, but no more than 3 equipped.

Zero blood needed for the mace, its the upgrades for the mace that will need the blood. So, just let me know and I can make the i630 mace. Almost got enough truesteel ingots for two upgrades now, gonna have to work on getting the alts up to 100 for more barns for more blood, which means getting them geared and able to farm level 100 elites to feed the barn. The RNG is screwing me over on the blood, two days now with no blood (okay, I did get two bloods the day before that, but I'm still down on average).
Hey guys! I'm looking for any leftover fish people have for Raid pots. Please, if you're losing bank space to fish parts send them my way!
I'll finish leveling fishing one of these days... I'll be sure to drop it in the bank

Which fish specifically?

buwhu?? what a bizarre decision.. Is that across ALL types of crafted items? That significantly reduces the value of LW and BS for my Main Shaman.
