tuffs, you posted the wrong video. This is the proper one:

A little over two and half minutes into this scene.

This guy is so wrong.

Clocky can clock it all she likes, but I'll take singing Sublime in the car over other inane dialogue in open world games.

I just want to be very clear: I think that scene is hilarious and really, really well-acted. I just hate the mixing.

Actually, it's about ethics in audio mixing.

No question here

You know, I love David Lynch and I've never seen this film.

Going with the Large Marge "things that creeped me out in childhood," I'm going with this one from The Last Unicorn I think

Happy Hump Day, courtesy of TuffaloBuffalo:

What is your favorite opening or closing credits scene from a movie or TV show?

I'm going to give two answers--one movie and one TV:

Movie:

TV Show (It's the music--can't help but get pumped up listening to it):

Here's one I thought was clever off the top of my head:

I also like when they do something different with the studio logo such as the Paramount mountain dissolving into a real mountain in the Indiana Jones movies.

I prefer no opening credits, but if you must, make them clever.

(best viewed fullscreen - well, actually best viewed in IMAX, but...)

For TV, a little more light hearted - one of my favorite shows growing up:

This is probably a terrible answer but it's the first thing that popped into my head (credits scene starts about 1:30)

That's great, Demyx! The move where Angel is doing little claps in a circle is the best move ever.

ANGEL BEING AWESOME

Uhhhhh a terribly amazing answer...

Opening:

Closing:

At 6:40 in.

Opening:

Bah, beat me to it!

It's not as good, but I like the Venture Bros. opening:

No GoT mention yet?

Undisputed closing credits champion:

Opening is harder, there's a ton of amazing ones to pick from.

Well, I'm glad some other people appreciate David Boreanaz silly-dancing

Cowboy Bebop does indeed have a great opening sequence.

Here are two of my favorite openings from video games:

Mushishi has great openings.

Season One:

Season Two:

In addition to having gorgeous songs, they do a fantastic job of setting the somber and quiet tone of the episodes themselves.

I'm also personally fond of the opening to the BBC's Wallander:

Here's the TV brainworm that's dug in right now:

So what, big deal.

Also, a few more awesome anime intros and outros:
