Happy Hump Day Survey!

GD. I didn't even have to click it to get it in my head.

Unfortunately, this only has the opening to 'Miles Ahead' but 'The Duke' and 'Blues for Pablo' make up for that (sorta).

Going through a few more in my music collection -

I'd only suggest one of these as in the running for 'best', but I like them all

How could I forget the Hymn of Hymns?

Not the best but I just like it.

How did we miss THIS one?!?

Rickie Lee Jones does a great cover of this. Which reminds me...

You get 2 songs in the next one, Jerry...and Tommy the Cat.

That one had occurred to me. As long as we're on Primus:

Missed one:

Is it cheating to nominate the entire album Upstairs at Eric's?

Amie - Pure Prairie League

Delia - Johnny Cash
Cecilia - Simon & Garfunkel
Gloria - Van Morrison
Melissa - The Allman Brothers
Mary, Mary - Run DMC
Jenifa Taught Me - De La Soul

Speaking of a Girl Named Suzie - Stetsasonic

Judith - Tool

Can't forget this one!

Black Betty - Ram Jam

Cheating a bit, but..

Man, now I want to watch Kung Pow: Enter the Fist.

You mean you don't already set aside 2 hours per day to watch King Pow? :p

You and I and George

I just have to say...I think this is probably the most successful Hump Day Survey yet. Here it is Friday and you're all still posting vids!

One more to add to the mix:

Yeah, definitely one for the books! One more I really like (I mostly end up posting stuff I like, actually, don't really know that they'd qualify for "best of all time"):

Thought of another classic that I don't think anyone's posted yet (amazing we can still find them after three days!)

Good one, Bubs! Surprised it hadn't been posted before.

Queen Jane Approximately - Bob Dylan

Can't believe I forgot one of my favorite songs by one of my top 3 all-time bands.

Maybe it's just where my mind is but I feel like classic rock has an absurd amount of songs with names in the titles.

Great tune, Tanglebones. Someone tried slowing it to 33 RPM and it still sounds fantastic.

Even works beautifully with this singer:

This is far and away my favorite cover of Jolene. I specifically like this live version of it.

Thank you, Domano, for Tanncoughing me.
