Castle Catch All.

Now we're talking.

So I didn't get the significance of the music at the end.

Spoiler:

Aside from the message that he/she would see them again.

I think that's it, but my wife had the same reaction you did.

Yeah the looks on Kate's face made it seem much more serious.

I thought that maybe

Spoiler:

the song had to do with Kate's mother, since Kate seemed to be tearing up.

It means the psychopathic and obviously intelligent girlfriend of 3XK is in the wind and studying up to come back for them. Potentially that she was just doing it all for the not-actually-dead 3XK. Knowing they're targeted, knowing what they went through before with 3XK, and not having any idea where the threat will come from or when. I thought it was a great ending.

Yes, this is my take. It's easy to think "Well, they're obvious targets anyway, this isn't news," but it's probably a bit harrowing when you receive a message from a meticulous killer promising that he's coming back for you.

What are the chances the ultimate showdown with 3XK coincides with their wedding?

Pretty much 100%. Probably will even delay the wedding when one of them (or Castle's mom/daughter, or Kate's dad) gets kidnapped or something.

This and POI were delicious. Highlight: The killer tapping his fingertips on the table. That imagery was perfectly dark.

My wife said that that song played when they were dancing together somewhere in a previous episode. I don't remember myself but she was pretty confident about it.

Happy New Year. Happy Monday. Happy Castle!

It is, but I won't be watching this NOR Almost Human tonight, because I'll be watching the game!

And tomorrow night, they'll have to compete with Justified. And everyone reading this should watch all three!

Tonight: Castle goes back to high school.

Saw a clip last week when Nathan Fillion was on Jimmy Kimmel.

Also guest-starring Sam Anderson, who did a stint on Angel as W&H lawyer Holland Manners back when.

I had thoughts that I was going to post about this episode. Now I only remember that Hulu keeps trying to make me watch Kimmel.

So, we don't get to see Alexis throw her Pi out?

Is there anything better than ?

I've not watched Castle in a couple of years but, on the couch last night, not feeling like playing a game or reading, I scrolled through the tv listings and saw Castle come up. Thought maybe I'd give it a try, slip on a comfortable show for an hour. Then I read the description and it convinced me I'd made the right decision to stop watching. I wonder if The Fonz ever fought a ninja? Perhaps while on water skis? Jumping a dangerous, very large fish.

If you don't enjoy the show for what it is, you're gonna have a bad time.

I thought the look on his face was pretty priceless when they first appeared.

Episode was good for some laughs, which is mostly what I've always wanted from this show anyway

Yeah, things like the ninja episode are the reason I'm still watching. The more serious stuff like the previous episode are the ones that make me want to quit.

Finally a new episode tonight. Happy Monday!

Oh this is silly.

Very very silly.

Loved it. Laughed at loud, quietly drooled over Lanie.

I loudly drooled over Alexis.

Halter tops were popular back then.

So probably the last "mythology" episode of the series last week and no comments?

Ah well, I guess there's still 3XK and Castle's dad for them to use next season.

Settling in to watch tonight's episode and just caught up with last week.

It just aired. Many of us watch on DVR.

Loved seeing Pete from Warehouse 13.

My theory? Something to do with his dad.

Edit: Oops, realized you were talking about last week. I was, uh, imbibing. I don't remember much?

Just watched the skateboard episode tonight, myself.
