Trailer Catch All

I love the juxtaposition between fate....and destiny. What are we ? Why are we here ? Is there life after death ?
This game seems to bring both art, and faith together in one large, custard encrusted sandwich.

Begin Again.

The Hulk calms down.

New Dawn of the Planet of the Apes tv spot from last night's episode of Walking Dead.

Sex tape.

It was funny until the end when it went a bit too far with the cocaine etc. Still I laughed a few times

Luc Besson's LUCY, starring Scarlett Johansson:

Could be fun, but I really wish the "people only use 10% of their brain" myth would die already.

Yeah, I know dick about science but that statement always seemed strange to me. At the very least I always figured it was a misunderstanding as to how our brain functions, but at this point you'd think someone in Hollywood would have double-checked their research on that.

Still, it's a Luc Besson film. I'll probably see it on that basis alone, even if it's built off of a really dumb premise.

Just watched this last night...

Absolutely brilliant 'found footage' style film about a team of vatican experts investigating reports of a miracle in an old English church and discovering more than they bargained for.

You know how "The Last Excorcism" goes completely batsh*t crazy in the last ten minutes, ruining the rest of the film up to that point? Well this does something similar in that it goes somewhere you ABSOLUTELY did not expect - except this time (in my opinion) it works brilliantly.

Ok, it's too crazy not to mention what actually happens at the end, but SERIOUSLY don't read the next spoiler if you plan on watching the film...

Spoiler:

What starts off looking like some sort of Paranormal Activity in an English chapel type of film ends up with the team get tricked into crawling into the belly of some sort of old Pagan/Lovecraftian worm-horror and then dissolved by stomach acid. Yup.

Edge of Tomorrow. Still looks interesting enough for me to see it.

I read the novella the film's based on. It's good.

I am intrigued

It's like baby powder! On my list of movies to see for sure.

If that looks interesting to you definitely watch Whites.

While a bit light at times it captured enough of a kitchen to have me giggling more than a few times.

I will check it out.

A couple Guardians of the Galaxy clips. Not real trailers but fun to watch if you are interested in the movie

First clip - this is an extended look at the Raiders of the Lost Ark-ish sequence with Chris Pratt/Starlord glimpsed in trailers:

Planes: Fire and Rescue.

Meh,

That looks awful. Really, really bad. I haven't been a kid in a long time, but will kids go for this? Did they go for the first Planes?

No, this looks awful... but I admit the Planes thing is pretty crappy looking too.

Two terrible trailers in a row...this needs to be immediately addressed.

(I'm assuming this MUST have been posted already in this thread somewhere but I DON'T CARE because Valkyrie riding a T-REX)

Your right, that makes the other two trailers look pretty good.

VALKYRIE. RIDING. T-REX.

That last one is being crowd sourced if I remember right.

Red brand 22 Jump Street trailer. Linking because the language is very bad.

Sadly I laughed a lot more once the language was gone - about 3/4 of the way into the trailer. Foul language just for "shock laugh" doesn't really work when it is every other word.

Overall the movie looks dumb and like a pathetic cash in once they saw the first one made a ton of money.

Fed Up

I'll always love Garden State. To be honest, it was the first film to really resonate with me on an emotional level (I must have been around 20) and subsequently got me into classic and art-house film. Looking forward to this. The only reason I'm aware of it is because of this AV Club article. While I definitely find Garden State worthy of criticizing, I think the Grantland and subsequent AV Club articles completely ridiculous.

This looks freaking amazing. Can't wait to watch it.

The Raid 2
Brutal
Brilliant
Bloody as hell

Cant remember if this has been posted here or not...

Not hilarious but somehow I am still interested. Maybe it is the Paul Simon
