More NFL lip reading.

That is all.

More rumors flying around that the Browns are going to hire Mike Pettine. Dude interviewed three times, I can't see how this is going to go over well.

Hey, he's like their fourteenth choice and has never been a head coach past the high school level; what could possibly go wrong?

Well, they could have hired Schiano....

The most compelling case I've heard made for Seattle winning the Super Bowl is their relative success against "immobile" QB's. If Seattle's defensive backfield can get away with disrupting the timing of Denver's WR's and TE's as they try and release into their routes AND get pressure on Manning it could be a long rough road for Denver on the offensive side of the ball.. BUT I still believe Denver will get opportunities to convert into points..so even if its not 20+ points 17 might be enough to win if Seattle's offense can't find a way to score. Percy Harvin might help..but could one good whack put him right back on the sidelines?

Honestly Im feeling pretty good about Seattle's chances, given our defense should be equal to their offense but Denver's defense is far less formidable than what we faced against San Fran. I also think Manning is going to be way overconfident as they haven't faced us in regular season.

However, I fully recognize Manning will be gunning for a last chance at glory and well Seattle has a really bad habit of choking at the very end.

On the other hand:

Rush Yds Y/G Avg TD Fumb Player A 96 539 33.7 5.6 1 5 Player B 32 -31 -1.9 -1.0 1 6

Oh, for sure, but the point wasn't to disparage Wilson so much as to show how absurd Peyton's number were last season. It was pretty clear in the article that this wasn't a Manning/Wilson comparison, but just that Manning's numbers were unreal compared to, well, just about every other QB ever and I found that one comparison put it in perspective better than most.

I wonder how many rushing yards Russell Wilson will have when he's 37?
