Bah humbug.

Reddit points out that this is an American Sign Language interpreter, interpreting what was supposed to be a South African Sign Langauge interpretation. So the details may be wrong. However, it is still amusing.

No artificial reverb:

Indeed, it would be like having an English speaker listen to someone speak Japanese and then make fun of them for speaking such terrible English.

Consider this, American Sign Language and British Sign Language don't even share a common alphabet for finger spelling. Since ASL is far closer to French Sign Language, Deaf French and Americans can understand each other better than Deaf Americans and British.

Since sign languages develop develop along the same pathways as verbal languages with their own idiosyncrasies, regionalisms, historical coincidences and ever evolving vocabularies it's really amazing that anybody understands each other, ever, hearing or Deaf.

Merry Christmas...

Won't anyone think of the goddamned trees?

"One year from now"

That's one of the best trailers I've ever seen, and I have no idea what the movie is about.

NSFW for language. Otherwise, what it says on the tin -- "The Best Dinosaur".

I just found this funny. NSFW language.

In the future, governments and economies across the globe have collapsed, food is scarce, NASA is no more, and the 20th Century is to blame. A mysterious rip in spacetime opens and it's up to whatever is left of NASA to explore and offer up hope for mankind.

Mainly based on the scientific theories and script treatment of renowned theoretical physicist, Kip Thorne.

I don't usually like this song... but the parody works nicely.

They have some other interesting parody music videos as well, but I'll keep this seasonal:

This thing sounds awesome!

Live-action Kiki's Delivery Service!

Stars from the Hobbit movies recite The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins (made famous by Leonard Nimoy)

That is so wrong and so awesome at the same time. Now someone needs to do the reverse (may have already done it I am too lazy to search right now).

And, speaking of Christmas, won't somebody think about the rich people?
