No Comic Here (Maybe NSFW Talk)

This thread brings back so many disturbing memories of things I saw in college... *boggle*

I was so innocent and naive, and then... well, you''d have to know some of the people I met to realize just what a culture shock I went through. Turned me into the whacko I am today.

Furries? Definitely creepy to me; sorry VA_Ninja, but I''ll always feel that way. Probably because I''d never even heard of such of a thing until I met a person who identified themself as one. It was... odd. And a bit creepy.

Hey, I''m not going to go into hating and persecuting someone for being different, but I can still be weirded out by it. Heck, I can understand people being weirded out by me due to my medical condition at first, but then they learn I''m still just an ordinary person as you most likely are. Everyone has oddities, and that''s just the way humanity is. Much as we might want to think of ourselves as ""normal"", there''s a little perversion in all of us.

HOWEVER...

Tubgirl and goatse are evil! Evil!

Believe me, as corrupted as I thought I was and as much naivete as I''d thought I''d lost, nothing prepared me for those two images (tubgirl in particular).

I don''t care how curious you are, believe me, especially with tubgirl you will wish you hadn''t seen it. I still wish I could take that memory and burn it from my cerebellum! Ugh! So nasty!

Make it stop!

Just looked up goatse, and found some mirrors.....I guess I just don''t get it. I mean, dead drug mules have been posted on Rotten....after that, this looks kinda....tame.

Now, you want to know what''s really f**ked up? Women being eaten anime pron. That''s messed up. I mean, how can you get your jollies from a woman being eaten by some dinosaur, or something?

OK, tubgirl is just plain wrong. I''m going to go get electroshock to make me forget that image.

o.O I haven''t heard of that before.

I tried to warn you!

You know, I don''t know why someone would identify themselves as a furry. Why would someone come out and say that? It''s not like its a conversation starter or something.

I''m cool with perversions, so long as everyone is of age, consenting, and noone dies, but keep it to yourself ok?

That''s what I am screaming! Yummy indeed. Fuh-Reeek.

This ... um ... I mean ... well ... hmm. Huh. Can we just pretend that this thread never existed? I feel ... violated somehow. I wanna go home. Where''s mommy?

Tubgirl is one of those life-changing things.

Before you see it, you don''t think there are things out there that can faze you like this.

After you see it, you know to be careful of EVERY LINK out there.

God damn it, I am getting random IM''s from random people asking for the comic now.

Edit the original post so that it doesn''t look like somthing interesting was edited out of it

""Edwin-The newest innovation in p2p networks""

You guys are doing amazing things for the next Welcome Back Perverts article, though.

Cease this internecine discord!

We all try to do our part.

In the midst of explaining funny goings on at GWJ i ended up having to explain to my wife about furries. Just sorta got on a roll talking about funny things posted and then realized, ""doh, i''m going to have to explain that now, aren''t I?""

ahh the wonderful things brought to my life through GWJ. First it was Firefly, then KOTOR, then....furries?

then....furries?

No, not that. Never that. We shouldn''t even joke about such things.

Holy crap, A guy decides he should see this VG cats comic that people are talking about and searches Google. Does he find the comic? NO! He finds a forum, is blinded by Tubgirl, is even further disturbed by a wikipedia description of Goatse (I learned from actually viewing the former, not to go directly to a picture of the latter) and then decides to join a forum... Why can''t things be simple anymore?

God just reading your comments on goatse and tubgirl is downright scary, I sure as hell won''t google that.

I have nothing to say to comfort you!

And yeah, Elysium, I''m sure we''re definitely getting things on the way for a great follow-up to that classic!

Though part of me wishes I''d continued avoiding this thread as I had tried to do for so long until curiosity overwhelmed me... heh heh

Better not. I''ve lost the will to live....or is that I''ve lost the will to let others live? So confused!

+Seeing tubgirl and goatse guy does something to you alright; it makes you want to share the experience with other people just so they know what has been done to you. Being a network admin just makes it easier...

Example, we have Internet access on a limited number of machines, our internal network is isolated from the Internet. Downstairs in the Morlock area of the office we have a machine that only we use. (You see where this is going) Well, a friend of mine always checks a local lake weather site to see how conditions are for kiteboarding. One thing he would always check was the camera to see how the chop was. I configured the machine''s host file to redirect that site''s URL to the localmachine and then downloaded the site to the machine and configured the built-in Windows personal web server to host it. A quick change of the weather cam image link had tubgirl embedded into the page. He refreshed a few times, screaming each time...

Moral of the story: Having a web site that you (and only you) regularly check makes you easy to isolate. Another fun one was hotmail.com to hotmale.com

That''s right, Green, you and I will NEVER see tubgirl, ever! Solidarity.

Add me to that list.

I guess I am just another de-sensitized 22 year-old nutjob because, while I do find goatse and tubgirl rather gross, it certainly didn''t change me or give me the violent reactions that some of you describe.

That''s actually scientifically tested. On Ron Jeremy, at least. Watch how, after his expression of disgust, his first reaction is to show the goatse photo to the closest person (Who, appropiately, reacts as if she were about to vomit).

Safe fer work, actually.

Mex, that''s priceless.

For those of you out there who value your eyes, I wouldn''t go looking for Harlequin Baby photos either, or go looking for the Pain Series.

But Wikipedia''s Got A List, For The Masochists (Work Safe, Sort Of)[/url]

Thanks for the list there Pred... we ought to get overrun with psychos any minute....oh wait...too late....never mind.

I''ve been here quite some time.

Oh man... I remember how bad it was to see goatse for the first time. (Note: Curiosity as to what other people are talking about is NOT always a good thing!) After I heard about tubgirl, I did everything I could to prevent seeing it... and then I got blindsighted. I was searching for something else (forgot what), and this is what my thoughts were like:
Hmm...
