SO GLAD TO SEE

Spoiler:

that actress back as Abaddon - she was great, and killing her off was one of my biggest regrets (among many big regrets) about S8.

Agreed! That made me very happy!

Spoiler:

Cause I'm Kevin frickin Solo

Season 3 ... Groundhog Day ... am I gonna get yelled at for saying it again?

Absolutely.

So let me!

You think you're being funny but you're being really, really childish...

Veloxi keeps a ruler by his bed and every morning....

Oh Mark Pellegrino, how I love you. Such amazing casting right there.

Tuesday, pig in a poke

Really awesome episode last night, and now I have a new tattoo to look forward to!

You're going to see a lot of Castiel shirtless?

Spoiler:

"Did you use protection?" "I had my angel blade"

Well, hopefully, but no, for myself, just need to lose some weight first.

Totally thought he was going to get "the talk."

Fish tacos!

For anyone who wants to hear about their history and experiences in acting, both Jared Padelecki and Misha Collins had amusing interviews with Aisha Taylor on her "Girl on Guy" podcast.

Apparently Snooki was on Supernatural.

Loooooool!

Indeed she was. She's lost some weight. And she wasn't orange. She was surprisingly un-terrible.

Awww yeaaaah. Stone man is looking for some Snooki!

Ugh. I think I need to shower off now.

I'd rather make it with Abaddon.

I got the joke but I'm fairly unfamiliar with how she looks other than the possibly orange thing. I didn't know if it was her or someone who looked like her.

Anyways, I though the use of "Heroin" as a song in that episode was amusing.

HAWT

Abaddon is damned hot, no lie. I was glad Snookie wasn't horrible, and her scene was quick. Never had actually seen her in anything, had no idea how tiny she is.

All caught up now, and man do I wanna smack Sam. Kevin asked you to get over it, and you lied to his face you little Female Doggo. It feels so wasted and forced.

Other than that, loving the season (though I'm admittedly biased). Seeing Deputy Andy from Eureka as a psychopathic Man of Letters was aaaawesome.

I think that this season is more forced than previous "the world is ending" scenarios. I'm still enjoying the show but I miss the "monster of the week" hunts of the first several seasons.

I honestly think this season will end of a cliffhanger to all be resolved in the next, final season, which I am fiiiiiine with. And we did have a MOTW episode with the Ghostfacers, but those ended up being people, who honestly are way scarier than monsters.

Part of the problem is that this time the world isn't really ending. There are two separate power struggles going on over Heaven and Hell, but aside from getting caught in the crossfire occasionally the only real threat to humanity is if Abaddon becomes king and tries to enact her "Hell on Earth" plan - which means what, exactly? There are already tons of demons running loose on Earth, and it's not like Sam and Dean have any problems killing them these days.

Currently the afterlife is jacked up though.

Yeah, the fact that no one can go to heaven right now is gonna reach critical mass and have to be dealt with (at least I hope so). I doubt the veil was created to handle that many souls at once.
