Tuesday Night WoW Plans

A few were asking, so here are the plans for Tuesday night:

Time: 8PM CST (give or take)

Where: Blackhand server, Horde. Gates to the main Undead city.

How Do I Get There? If you're undead you just follow the main road and watch for signs. The main city gates are just past Brill. If you're Tauren, Orc or Troll there is an airship tower dock just outside of the main Orc city you can take straight to the undead area. Keep in mind one platform goes to the jungle so make sure you pick the right ship!

What Level?
Level 10 is where we want everyone to start, we'll be hitting Silverpine forest. Lots of quests there.

Keep in mind Karla, myself, Gaald and two more will be one group and we of course want others who show up to form groups for adventuring. The idea is to have this one night a week where you form a full group and really kick some ass. See you on Tuesday!

If I can get my Orc Mage up to 10 by Tuesday, I''d be down.

Trouble I''m running into now is having multiple characters - 2 is hard enough to keep up with, let alone 4, which is how many I''m hoping to have and play regularly.

I keep hearing Tuesday night, but on Gamecal it says Wednesday?

I think there''s sort of an A team and a B team on this one... people who can play Wednesday, and people who''d prefer Tuesday.

I think the idea is that you''d play one of the nights - having two gives us more options.

I would love to be there, but I work that night - I will be there the following week... I will build an undead mage, warlock or priest for that night...

Wednesday night details (which will appear shockingly familiar!)

So it looks like I might be a little late on Tuesday... like 9:30 or so, Eastern time.

Only a half hour, give or take, but just wondering if I should level to 11 or 12 just to be able to hop in. Tuesday, still, works much better than Wednesday, for me.

I''m going to be late for both tuesday and wednesday and with the queue I fear I''ll probably really really late.

Down with queues!

Actually, scratch that, bar plans have moved up.

I''ll be on time, but probably drunk...

It''s Tuesday, see you at the Undead gates!

Won''t be there for this one guys. Have fun!

Post an AAR as to what worked, didn''t, and any grand exploits!

I will be there, intoxicated, at 8:45. Me and Sasha, my Tiger!

ROWR!

Not sure if I can make it so I won''t commit. I need to back off from the crack pipe some. Just curious, do you see the next GWJ night or two from now being like a level target of 15 or something like that?

Well, if we do it right, everyone should lvl. I think for now we might just leave these chars for Tues night play only, as the temptation to over-level and leave the rest behind is pretty high. Then we''ll know that everyone is the same lvl, everyone has the same quests.

We just said level 10 to start, because it''s easy to get up that high, and that''s when quests start to be a bit harder, possibyl requiring a group to complete.

I should be there tonight with my Undead Priest Wrayth. I''ve got some scrambling to do to get to lvl 10 by tonight though.

I should be there with my level 10 Undead Warrior Shaun.

Hrm. Well, since I intend to keep playing with my warlock before the 8Pm timeslot and I''m already lvl 12-13 and in silverpine, I guess I''ll skip this, and probably all future GWJ WoW nights.

Have fun though.

Do what I did, make another character just for the weekly group.

I could, but not in one night, and I''m really keen on my warlock (i.e. I want her lvl 40 before I even bother thinking about doing anything else.)

Yeah, if you''re tied to one character, the GWJ nights just don''t work.

I myself have 3 - my main, one with an ""uber""ish guild, and my GWJ Horde character. I don''t level the one as fast as I probably could, but I get to play a Paladin, a Druid, and a Hunter, which is very neat if I need a change of pace.

I''m very tied to my Warlock, he''s level 18 now. But it took me all of 3 hours to level a second character to 10, and now 1 of the 7 days a week I play WoW will be with him instead of my Warlock. I can deal

Out of curiosity, how many of these are collection quests?

If we have several groups all fighting over collection quests, its not going to be very fun...

Quite a few of them, not to mention the bat rides to and from Undercity multiple times.

I was on maybe 2 ""Kill these many things"" quests in silverpine so far. but I just started it (like 30-45 mins) so...

Well it wasn''t 3 hours, but I did manage to get my Troll Shawoman (it just sounds so close to Sha-wing that I can''t help myself) from 1 to 8.5 and the undead gates last night. I can bring over my 12.5 TD but I figure he''s already gone over the cap. Any preference, Certis? I can try to login early and get that last level but since I don''t know of or have any quests in the Undead area, it may be tough. As it is, she can hold her own pretty well.

Grumpicus - Head over to Brill. It is close to the gates, past the Zepplin tower. There should be some quick quests there you can pick up.

Or just don''t worry about it and be buffer/totem/backup-healer till you catch up.

Great! I''ll head to Brill if I get in early enough and will follow Ducki''s advice if I don''t. Thanks to you both. See you tonight.

I''ll try to be there. I was not expecting to have a different character for each of Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Don''t know what to do now . . . .

My level 14 Undead Warrior is currently working through the Silverpine quests, but I''d be happy to tank for anybody that needs it tonight. I''ll try to whip up a bunch of potions for everybody to help out even if my muscle isn''t needed.

I didn''t get my troll hunter to 10, but he is very close. I''ll definetly have him at 10 for the Wednesday night meet up. So people doing the Wednesday GWJ night are using seperate chars from the Tuesday GWJ meet up? Was wondering how that would work.
