I don't think that the ones who get rewarded changes much.
Agreed. The really smart ones make sure both sides get plenty of donations. That way it really doesn't matter to them which side of the uni-party is currently in power.
When it comes to companies like GS, GE, and others sure. But on the sides it changes with political parties.
